Love going to rib crib for bbq, burgers, and beer before dates. The one here in grove is great and the service is great!!! I HIGHLY suggest bacon cheese fries!!!

rib crib. the name alone invokes a snicker from me. honestly, i have no idea where they get their customership. but, i can tell you one thing: my hard earned money will never purchase another meal from these idiots and jerks. cold food !!!!!!! third rate service !!!!!! let me say this again : cold food. now, why in the world would i want to spend american money on cold meat ????????? Would give it zero stars if that was an option. The place was dirty and my table was sticky. However, that wasn't the worst part unfortunately. Service was TERRIBLE!!! and the food very poorly cooked....... The night before I believe..... Because it was awful!!! Ribs were dry and mushy, not even sure how you get that combo...? I had to go to the counter for refills as the waiter obviously was too busy chit chatting with other waitresses, not an assumption that's actually what I witnessed, and the times I did have to come to the counter for service he never gave me a second look as some one else was doing his job and helping me. I absolutely will never be back and would advise anyone reading this to NOT go there! I can't remember ever taking the time to actually write a review, good or bad, but this place is so bad I almost feel it an obligation to warn other would be patrons.

The worst value of any BBQ restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered the 2 meat combo. It came with 3 pitiful looking ribs and 2 slices of dry brisket. This place is horrible.

I thought this place was great. The ribs and pulled pork were delicious. The ice tea never ending and the side dishes of slaw and okra were tasty. Of course, it's hard to screw up BBQ but their sauces were super tasty. Looks like a chain but it had a local feel. Good service, clean and fast.

I am tough on Rib Crib, it is a blaze chain BBQ place. At one time Rib Crib in Tulsa was a Good, place, but this place isn't for me it is too high of a price with other GREAT local non chain food in Grove.

The last couple of times I ate at this Rib Crib were bad enough experiences to be my last times eating there. My mother and I went for dinner on a slow night and were just one of the handful of tables in the restaurant. Our service was incredibly slow, taking the server almost 15 minutes to even come to our table for a drink order. After finally placing a food order we waited for almost an hour with nothing... Our server never returned to refill the drinks or offer an explanation why our food was taking so long. We tried a couple of times to get the attention of the other staff but it seemed like we were being ignored on purpose. Finally I got up and went to the register to ask what was going on and was told that our order was lost and that was why it was taking so long. Finally food was brought to our table but it was cold and again nobody came back to check on us. We continued to wait but no manager or server ever came back to our table to apologize or discuss our check. We ended up walking out without ever getting any kind of service or apology. We walked out not even knowing if they were planning to comp our meal or not... Rib Crib generally has pretty good food but it is getting very pricey, nearing almost $40 for two people. For that kind of price the service and food better be 5 stars and this restaurant falls so short in both categories. There are better BBQ options in Grove.
