I've loved and hated this place over the years, and right now I'm in the middle. I like some of their items a lot (panini are really good albeit pricy, as is the caprese salad and their bolognese is my favorite in the area, but too skimpy on the sauce). Arriving at a few favorites from the menu has been through trial and error. I'm not likely to order pizza from there when there are better options. Delivery can be disappointing as there is often something missing from the order.

The food is really very good! I am a fan of their pasta with seafood dish. The service is actually superb. The waiter we have had the last few times is very pleasant. The owners are very nice, hard-working people. The price is right. You really can't go wrong here. I think people assume it's just pizza, but it's really a wonderful restaurant! You won't be disappointed!

Ive eaten a lot of pizza in my life but Cinellis is the Best Pizza around. I order from here frequently and I've always been satisfied with the food and so have my guests. Local Businesses fuel our economy. Spend money locally.

Cinelli's was once good, but fell off to the neighborhood pizzerias. The pizzas are way overpriced. There is no way a regular ie should cost $22 or so. The service was horrendous, asked for new utensils because it looked as if someone else used them and they had an attitude with it.

These guys operate a fleet of NASCAR trucks - I mean delivery trucks that barrel through the local streets delivering pizza. The pizza is actually pretty good, but be careful when these guys come blazing down your street!

If you've ever been to Strong Island then you have definitely seen the brigade of bumblebee outfitted cinellis trucks delivering pizza and pasta galore to the hungry masses. Their grandma sicillian pizza is out of this world. The sauce really makes the pizza and it's a delightfully thin crusted but not hard pizza. Their pastas are really good too, the penne a la vodka and their carbonara sauce are well worth the inches added to your midsection. They have expanded their menu quite a bit since i've been eating at this venue, they have a tan of paninis and more american dishes- I feel like they are selling out a bit but at least the taste and quality of my favorites have not diminished a bit. Cinelli! Mangia!

They've got somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000 yellow delivery vehicles, yet we got take out? The pizza wasn't bad and I'm very critical of pizza, it was by no means the best I've had and I wouldn't go back tomorrow but I would definitely have it again if I lived within delivery distance.

I never tried dining in here but do order pick ups once in a while for pizza. Great thin crust ever. Quick orders. Very convenient for me.

I know that I shouldn't be addicted to this pizza but I am. This is hands down the pizza that I crave when I leave NYC. Surprisingly they have a locale in Durham, NC!

I think this is a decent place, to be honest... I was never that big of a fan. My friend's family really loved Cinelli's and Carmella's... Both pretty good, but not the best pizza in the area. It is true that Cinelli's has an army of delivery vehicles.

Pass this place every day when going to work and I always wanted to go in, just never found the time. Finally came here tonight with a group of nine after playing some pool. Excellent everything. The pies were good, Garlic knots were by far the best i've ever ever had. They were huge and so fluffy and i'm very particular about my maninera sauce but it was all cooked to absolute perfection. On top of the delicious food, service was better than you could ever ask for. These people know how to treat their guests. We were reluctant about bringing in a small birthday cake with our own plastic knives, forks, and plated. We asked for a knife to cut the ice cream cake and instead someone (i'm assuming is the owner) came out and cut the cake for us! He served it, brought out bigger plates and even offered to give us utensils. I was surprised when that they even allowed us to bring the cake. But that, that just made our night. With that amazing food, and exceptional service, what more can you ask from a business, can't see myself going anywhere else.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! This was my first time here and will probably be my last. I ordered a Large Sicilian Vegetable Pizza and it was waterlogged and flavorless. When I called them, the girl who answered the phone stated they put breadcrumbs on top to keep it dry. I explained my pizza had no breadcrumbs on it. She put me on hold until a gentleman came on. I explained that my pizza was completely waterlogged and there was water pooling on my dish. He told me that vegetables have water. I said I know vegetables have water but that I have eaten vegetable pizzas all my life and never had that much water on my pizza or plate in the past. He then spoke to me like I was a child or an idiot, stating that vegetables have water and when you cook vegetables the water comes out. People need to understand that sometimes it isn't what you say, but how you say it. He did offer to replace the pizza if I took it back. Unfortunately, it was almost 9 pm so I declined. I then asked about being charged $3.00 over the price in their menu and was told that I had an old menu at home. I explained that I had just gotten the menu from them when I ordered my pizza. He stated that it must have been a misprint. So, I paid over $27.00 for a tasteless, waterlogged, overpriced mush pie that no one ate and my son refused to eat at all. Not very happy!

I live in the area and Cinellis is my go to place for lunch and dinner. I've been satisfied with every single one of my orders for the past few years. The best is that you can customize and place orders online. I would definitely recommend Cinellis to all!

I know a lot of people talk really negatively about this place, but I really think it's good. I'd actually advise on getting something other than the pizza. The pizza isn't bad, but their other dishes are much better. Their chicken florentine, pasta vodka sauce, and chicken cutlet dishes are so good. And they are very generous with their servings. It might sound weird, but I also really like their boneless buffalo wings and chicken fingers with fries. They also have good parm heroes, but my favorite is their grilled chicken hero with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

I usually forget about this place, but is run by the family of former student's of mine. So today, I was totally in that neighborhood, craving pizza (which I haven't had in months) and me and CareBear popped in. Great service, gooood pizza - we both had a grandma slice, CareBear had hers with pepperoni. Grandma was tasty. I would go back here to try everything off their rather extensive menu. Too bad I am not in their delivery range!

With great pizza everywhere, why would anyone eat this crap? My neighbor orders this slop all the time. Every time is see those dirty trucks pull into her driveway like the delivery driver lives there, I get flashbacks of the nasty food I've eaten from this place.

My rating is really a zero. I have had many problems with this place specifically with there so called celiac and gluten free menu. On multiple occasions I have ordered gluten free pasta dinner and have been given regualr bread with it?! What happens if someone eats it thinking the bread is gluten free too bc they ordered a gluten free mean? They get sick, very sick. I have spoken to the owner once before and he was very nasty with me when I asked questions about how they ensure there food is gluten free. Pasta, sauce & etc. I would never recommend this place if you have celiac.

I really hope those yellow delivery cars are written off as a marketing expense becuase they are the only reason I tried the pizza. I always pass the hoards of yellow ford focus hatchbacks llined up on Hempstead turnpike ready to deliver italian goodness. The Sicilian is really good, I'll definilty order again. I really like the crust and how they seem to drizzle a little olive oil on the pizza for flavor. I did not try anything else yet but I'm happy that their Sicilian is a lot better than Prince Umberto because I am a little tired of the Prince.
