We usually order out from mangias. And really are never disappointed. The kids meals are a very big portion which for the price is a big surprise considering how inexpensive this place is. The food always seems fresh and very well seasoned and tasty even after delivery. Our favorite is the meatball sliders. I can literally live off these things. A nice fresh garlic not sliced with half a meatball on covered in sauce. These are little sliders from heaven and why I've never thought of doing this is beyond me. The chicken is rarely dry. The sauce never usually oily. I try something different with each order. The kids pizza is perfect size and taste great not rubbery. Vegetables always seem fresh and not overcooked. But mangias fame in my book is the meatball sliders. I encourage everyone to try them you'll be hooked.

I come here once in a while. I usually order pizza and garlic knots but I have ordered pasta and the chicken wrap in the past. The food is good and the prices are pretty steep. I just ordered a chicken and broccoli large pie with a chicken wrap and 6 mozzarella sticks. The total came out to be $40. The pizza was delicious but I would watch out for the price of your meal because it adds up quickly. They do have specials on some days of the week so I would take advantage of those.

I walk into Mangia's and was waited on by a rude young teenaged girl. I ordered a slice and penne a la vodka, to say the least the food was a huge disappointment. The pizza was a large hunk of cheese with very little sauce and absolutely no taste. The pasta was also nasty. I would never recommend this place. I suggest you go up the road to Pizzaiola where the service is friendly and the food is good.

There isn't a lot of choices in its immediate vicinity, so mangias it is. Keep in mind it is right next to a school, more on that later. Came here for lunch. Looked at the pizza selection - cheese was so old and congealed, looked like the slices were covered with white chocolate. Looked like the fondit cake boss uses to make his unbelievable creations. You could toss these slices in the oven on 500 degrees for an hour and it probably won't melt - the old cheese cross linking is too strong to break apart even at the highest temperatures of the sun. So I passed on the pizza and opted for a grill chicken sandwich. Order came pretty fast, paired it with a 20oz diet Pepsi. A Pepsi! Sandwich was mediocre at best - bread was at least a day old, salad, tomato and dressing was blah. The chicken was not well seasoned, seemed to be from last weeks stock pile (rubbery consistency). Not great, but I was so hungry that I annihilated it. Diet Pepsi is good, but coke is better. This difference is only discernible to the most particular of tastes. I know Now I mentioned before mangias is near a school. Must have finished so all these kids were pouring in. I don't mind that. What I did mind, was a rather portly young girl was there bearing her stomach. Now unless you're a new born infant, fat does not look good whether you're 14 or 40. She was wearing this cut shirt and her cholesterol bag was bulging out. I felt like puking in my napkin when I saw it, but like all things of uttermost disgust, I could not look away. I was mesmerized/perplexed/nauseated by the sight. That being said, I paid and the gentlemen taking my payment was probably one of the nicest guys in the world - very polite, asked me how everything was and thanked me for coming. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and that one young lady should definitely cut back on the pizza!

Pizza is good, not great. Delivery service is usually prompt. I recommend the Bbq chicken pizza with bacon. I also get the whole wheat pizza as well and would say they do a good job on it.

Terrible. The pizza was a glob of cheese blend with slight evidence of tomatoe sauce, tasteless, no seasoning or anything else. Meal, of penne volka was just deplorable, caked on dried sauce with no body to it.The lasagna was a clump of something buried under that cheesy nothingness and was a portion error the size of a cookie. The salad was a disappointment also. The grating cheese was cheap domestic lacking taste appeared stale, it seemed adulterated. With that said when I returned home i put the "food" in the frig. The next day it all was stuck together. So they put to much grease or margarine or butter in the sauce. Thats right margarine or butter in tomato sauce, This place is not what you would expect at all....... Now I know why the parking lot was emplty on pasta night. It should be called aggatta night........Amen

This is one of well over a half dozen pizza places near my new house. I ordered takeout of their "Penne alla Vodka alla Donna" and some garlic knots. The pasta dish came in a reusable plastic container, and had enough sauce to cover all the penne noodles therein. Though the top layer of penne was slightly bereft of the sauce, mixing it up a bit coated it to satisfaction. There are some places whose pasta dishes lack enough sauce, while others have a bit too much. The amount here was just right. The dish was still hot, even after a ten minute drive home. They give you a rather large (10" long) loaf of Italian bread and a packet of parmesan cheese, which I recommend to liven the pasta up a bit. All in all, I liked it enough to get it again. I should say up front that I never buy garlic knots from any pizzeria unless I see them first. On the knot itself I look for garlic that looks powdery (or finely minced) and is slathered in its nooks and crannies. I also note if the knot looks moist or appears dry. I have seen plenty which looked like twisted bits of pizza crust, dry and garlic-bereft! Here the knots were larger than usual, with minced garlic AND parsley slathered on them, just how I like it. I asked for three of their most garlic-laden knots, a request they were more than happy to oblige. A bite of one on the way home revealed a light texture, which will most likely warm up nicely. I typically look at all the food on display when I walk into any pizza joint. What they had in the way of specialty pizza and other items (especially their sliders - a meatball inside a garlic knot, which could account for their slightly larger size) was appetizing enough in appearance to make me return. UPDATE: I did return for more garlic knots and an order of sliders to go, which they make to order. Essentially they put one of their meatballs and a little bit of sauce inside a longitudinally sliced garlic knot. The result, when properly heated, is nothing short of amazing! They get my highest recommendation - if the rest of their food were nothing to write home about, I would go out of my way to get their sliders alone! I will update this review accordingly, as merited.

I love Mangia! I've had the Buffalo chicken pizza, chicken bacon ranch, penne a la vodka and chicken wings and everything has been delicious especially the CB Ranch and Wings. Whenever I walk in, the owner greets me warmly so I do not mind giving them my money almost weekly :-)

This was a huge disappointment. Actually we would have settled for disappointment Food was awful & when it got to us it appeared to of been kicked here. When we called they said it was unlikely as didn't stick but it. I would strongly advise against ordering from this establishment.

I used to order on a regular basis, but now It become horrible. I only ordered a pizza pie and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get delivered. What is John ordering it from Italy. When I called to see where my order was, the girl who answered the phone was nasty. John the owner best get the people who working for Him straight or he's going to lose his business to Pizzaola!

Very good pizza place! John the owner is a nice guy and the food is really good. A little expensive on the speciality slices, but other than that the pizza is great here. The Sicilian slices have the right amount of sauce to cheese and tastes great. The only thing I really don't like about is this place closes for two weeks every year in July. I never heard of a pizzeria that closes for two weeks straight.
