For a DD this place is pretty solid. It used to be a pizza place/front and has a outdoor courtyard perfect for an afternoon coffee or ice cream. You know what you get at Dunkin so finding one that has a nice amount of outdoor space (especially in Brooklyn) is ideal.

This Dunkin Donuts is small with only about 5 indoor tables. Lovely patio but when we were there, it was too cold to be sitting outside. The place looks clean & the service was decent.

Needed a white chocolate and a Boston cream donut and this was the closest spot to my job. Maybe a drive away, but not that far niether. This Dunkin Donuts/31 Flavors has a side patio area. Real nice if it was summer, but useless at this time of year. The staff is nice, and the resturant, is well lit and not spit shine clean, just normal and the decor is very homey. Its all good, but nothing to get out of your way for, since there's like a million of these citywide.

It's clean, there's seating, and it's nearby where I'm staying. Those are the only positive things I have to say about this DD location. We don't have Dunkin' in San Francisco, so when I walked by broke and starving, I figured it was a good opportunity to give it a try. (I had eaten their donuts before when brought to early morning work days, but never anything else they offer.) I ordered an eggwhite flatbread sandwich thinking it might be like an Mickey D's Egg McMuffin type deal... cheap and disgustingly delicious. Nope, just cheap and disgusting. The flatbread was hard, the eggs were dry, and the cheese was still cold. My coffee wasn't hot, either, so I asked the girl working if I could have another and she gave me all sorts of attitude. So.. Krispy Kreme still reigns supreme.

I'm not a huge fan of coffee at all, but my family and coworkers are so I've had to make many of trips to this DD location. It seems like every time I go here, they get the order wrong....EVERY TIME! I can order something as simple as a coffee coolata and I end up with an iced carmel latte....how does that even happen? There was one time I went there to get some coffee for some coworkers and my boss, I ordered 4 items and it was a very simple order. Not only did they get 3 of the drinks completely wrong, but forgot the 4th! I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the 4th drink and the woman was in the back (naturally I thought she was making it) and when she came out she said "Welcome to DD".....um are you serious?? I told you twice that you forgot the 4th drink and both times you went in the back to "make" it! And mind you, there was NO line and only 2 people sitting outside so it's not like the place was packed with service or anything. When I told the manager that I was still waiting for the other drink she just stared at me and said that the employee only charged me for 3 drinks....ummmm CHECK MY RECEIPT! I paid for 4 drinks! Ughhh seriously if you can't make a simple cup of joe then I don't know what these employees are able to do! Unfortunately, I must continue to go here because it's half a block from where I work and my coworkers love coffee....oh, Starbucks! Where art thou!!!

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. The employees are unprofessional and rude. You would think they were doing crappy volunteer work rather than getting paid to actually do their job.

I've come here several times because it's conveniently located near my place but the people who work here are idiots. I have yet to have an order that they haven't screwed up in some way. Doesn't matter what I order. Drink, coffee or sandwich, it's just too much for them to handle. Dunkins, please train these employees to at least know your basic menu items, we're not even talking special orders here. And don't come here if you're looking for fast service either, they work on a as-fast-as-I-feel-like-it pace. It seriously takes EFFORT to move that slowly.

As much as I dislike chain businesses on general principle, this is the nicest Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins I have ever seen. OK, it might be the only one I've ever seen, but just look at the patio area. A chain doesn't deserve such a nice little garden, but the reality is that any business would be proud of such a patio. If I must, I will stuff my face with inferior donuts to sit out there.

Coffee is often luke warm and not fresh. Staff are indifferent. The patio is lovely.

Bad service from really dumb employees is a Dunkins tradition but this one is by far the worst of this ever present chain. It's on my way to work and any time I come in here I guarantee myself arriving to work late. It doesnt matter if you are getting a doughnut, coffee,a sandwich, whatever. They will mess it up. I know Dunkins is convenient and nearly everywhere but I just cant get this chains popularity. The coffee is weak and awful, the bagels are usually stale and the doughnuts all taste the same and leave a feeling of grease and the service is ALWAYS bad. I have a theory that India sends its brightest here to be doctors and their dumbest here to work at Dunkins.

I love DD coffee and get cravings for it all the time, but going to this DD is so frustrating!!!! Even when there is no one on line, it takes me 10 minutes to get a coffee. If there is a line - even longer! It's almost as if the staff has no interest in actually serving people. I've never encountered anything less than friendly service at other DD's and going to this one just makes me sad :( At least they always get my coffee order right.

I find this DD special because of the layout. There is an amazing outdoor area and the inside sitting area almost feels like a steakhouse with the wood paneling and doors. Service is the same as any average DD, but the decor gives this one an extra star...be careful for squatters taking up space inside, it's nice but it's also limited with seating. I particularly enjoy the strwberry coolata and the veggie eggwhite flatbread, it's kind of generic tasting but i like that...they do accept DD gift cards (surprisingly there are still some locations that do not).

At first, the restaurant was named T.J. Applebee's RX for Edibles and Elixirs. After the concept was acquired by W.R. Grace and Company, the restaurant was renamed as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Later the company and the Applebee's concept changed hands with Abe Gustin and John Hamra who started the first Applebee's franchise restaurant in Kansas City.
