I get seated 6 minutes before closing and people are piling in behind me. Definitely a good sign. The place is packed with large families -- second good sign. Tonight I've ordered the fried steak chimichanga with red chili. Table service is remarkably good, lots of attentive staff even at this late hour. My plate arrives, setting a new land-speed record in the process. First taste of refried beans and this boy is reaching for the salt. The Chimi is delicious and the red chili is actually an excellent enchilada sauce. I bet the enchiladas here are primo. Overall this visit re-enforces my previous favorable review. Now I can attest to Los Cerritos' consistent good service and flavor. Note to chef: putting salt in the beans or rice is a GOOD thing.

Ate at this restaurant with some friends during a taco Tuesday. I ordered four tacos and they served my four tacos on a single plate with my friend's four tacos. They gave me two little bread plates and said, " just put your tacos on these plates. " Service was very slow. The staff forgot things such as sour cream and salsa when we requested some. Had to ask multiple staff members to bring requested food items. In the restaurants' defense, it was taco Tuesday and it was busy. The taco Tuesday tacos were not that great. But I'll never know of the other food items because I'll probably never come back due to the service.
