Outstanding! Double meat burger was about a pound of meat. They use ground chuck. My wife got the chimichanga and that was also awesome. Space is a little tight inside (20 seats total). Service outstanding. Nice people, very friendly. Highly recommend stopping in before going to see UFO and aliens.
LOVE this place. Pretty sure Julie cooked our food and her husband took our order. They were kind and helpful and obviously take pride in their humble building and their carefully prepared food. MyTaco Salad was delicious. My husbands Green Chili Burger was gone in 60 seconds.
Don't let the building discourage you. It's what's inside is definitely worth stopping for. Julie's Place hands down has one of the best green chili cheese burgers around. The staff is very friend and the service is great. We will stop again the next time we come through Roswell. What a lil' gem!!!

Very tasty, the Tom Yum seafood was great! We had the shrimp and chicken fried rice, Pad Thai and sweet and sour chicken as well as orange chicken.
Very good curry, enough for lunch the next day. Staff was friendly, I was not disappointed. I will return upon my next visit to Roswell.
Decent portions, reasonable prices, tastes pretty good. Was pleasantly surprised to find decent Thai food in Roswell, NM of all places.

The pictures shown for this restaurant with the UFO theme are for another location (720 N Main). This McDonalds may not have the UFO theme but it is the best one in town! I go to lunch here about 3 times a week and they have never mest up any of my orders!
It was neat, but nothing too out of this world! Just like any McDonald's. Kids would definitely get more joy out of it!
I feel silly reviewing a McDonald's, but this is no ordinary McDonald's. This is the only McDonald's in the world that is shaped like a UFO!! We didn't want to actually "waste" a meal here because we wanted to get as much New Mexican green chili in our bodies as humanly possible. So after our actual dinner, we stopped by here (at night when it was all lit up of course!) for McFlurries. The menu is obviously the same as an regular ol' McDonald's, but I did enjoy seeing the UFO all lit up and the Roswell aliens on the electronic sign. The play place inside is also decked out with a Chicken McNugget in space and astronaut Ronald, Grimace and Birdie. It certainly isn't worth your time to drive here, but it was a fun stop and well, I got ice cream, so anything with ice cream automatically gets 2 stars.

My husband and I LOVE this place. It has got to be the best oriental food in New Mexico!!! My favorites are the Lemon Chicken and the Sesame Chicken! So good, I crave them weekly, sometimes daily.
If you're in the mood for decent oriental take-out, this is probably the best Roswell has to offer. Can't go wrong with the pork or chicken stir-fried rice, and the pork or chicken chow mein is also good (very noodley). The staff is good, but sometimes the younger ones don't know what you want, so make sure you spell it out politely.
!!OMG!! Please don't ever leave, and if you do.....publish a true cookbook of all your menu items and how YOU prepare them..... ill buy it. LOVE this place and i love the service. food comes out fast, fresh and yummy. Yes, its in "The Mall" but the kitchen is spotless and quality of food is spot on. LOVE IT and when we leave/move from Roswell, I will miss Ooy's House. Seriously its one of the few place I will eat at in this town. We don't have many restaurant options, but even if we did I'd still eat Ooy's food once a week at least.

Terribly dry enchiladas, bland carne asada, and the salsa was too sweet. I don't understand how they can mix up enchiladas: they're supposed to be hot, steamy, cheesy, and spicy. Not sawdust packed inside of a corn tortilla with a sweet (not spicy) red sauce on top. We honestly had to leave 15 min after getting our food because it was so bad. This was after waiting 15 min for the waitress to come take our order. This was a surprising visit after we had come here earlier and the soft tacos were great; juicy, seasoned well, and tender. After we complained, it was well sorry, here's your total. I had to complain a bit more to get my money back since our plates were still full.
941 miles from home, I find this cool Mexican Resturant that occupied a Burger King. This is my second visit and it has been pleasant. The service is good, food is fresh and the music takes me back to Jalisco. There is a wide selection of food, yesterday I had the mojarra frita and the menudo. Today is the carnitas plate and the cocido de res. If you are in Roswell and need some Mexican food. This is a great place to dine.
Restaurant was clean. Good was excellent and so was service. Had a michelada and it was delicious, good was exceptional. Highly recommended for authentic Mexican food.

We like Golden Corral. We travel all over the U.S. and visit Golden Corrals all over. Most are good. This is no exception. I really like the awesome pot roast. Just yum. This visit I had some sirloin steak. I have to say, it was the best and most tender sirloin I have ever had at Golden Corral. It was great. Oh yeah! So was the awesome pot roast. All of the food was fresh. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.
The standard American buffet, there is the usual salad bar, deep fried foods, entrees and dessert bar. Food is fresh, but not exciting compared to other buffet. Selection is very limited. The highlight is the grill, fresh grilled meats. At the dessert section, there is a sign "Vegas style dessert", wow I never thought Vegas have good desserts in their buffet. But, I guess that's an attraction here in Roswell. If you are in the mood for basic American food, this is it.

For a drive-thru Mexican restaurant, it's pretty good. We ordered a combo steak burrito with beans and potatoes inside. Amazing tortillas, thick and delicious. We ordered the chips and guacamole and the chips were stale. Guacamole was too salty. But all in all, it was a great choice for this little town tourist stop!

Carmine’s

Reviews:
Carmine's Authentic Italian Eatery. A great place to catch some terrific Italian food. The vibe is fun and cozy, and the food is really delicious. I ordered the Corleone pizza (basically a "Meat Lover's, Italian style" with Italian Sweet Sausage, Ground Beef, Piccante Salami and Prosciutto). Like I said, really delicious. Also ordered the Cioppino which is a tomato based seafood soup with calamari, mussels, clams and shrimp. Ditto. They have a nice selection of beer and wines. Lucked out and was there on Wednesday evening when bottles of wine are half price. Hey, who am I to argue with a great deal? I ordered a nice bottle of Chianti for about $12. How can you beat that? The owner came out and visited with us, made sure that everything was to our liking. Really cool. Definitely plan to eat here again.
What's a girl to do when she's motoring through a foreign town and is starving for lunch? She'll look for something new and different to eat, that's what she'll do! Roswell, New Mexico is known for some funky things. Aliens to be exact. But Carmine's is only slightly foreign (Italian), with just a bit of funk thrown into the classic mix. What do I mean by that, you ask? Well how about a white pizza with full garlic cloves..?? Enough garlic to scare away a vampire, if only the aliens were spawns of the vampire kin. Yet, it's delicious. In all seriousness, it's a traditional Italian restaurant with a few unique items that are just different enough to make you feel like you're eating at a casual Italian restaurant back home yet still dining at a high class establishment. What makes it even better is the staff. Our waitress was one of the most kind and humorous waitresses I've met in a long time. That alone would make me ignite a rocket and land my tushy in Roswell again.
Not awful, but far from decent. The water and tea tasted so bad that we wretched. The pasta was a bit tough and from a bag, not made on location. Some of the menu was unavailable. The cook also restocked the men's room. The sorta-Waldorf salad was okay.
