First of all, mmmmmm donuts! We just stopped in this afternoon to pick up a bakers dozen and they tasted like they were just made! They were not dry or old tasting. Everything was fresh. The coffee is another amazing thing. I like their coffee a lot! I would come here more often if it was closer to home! Theses people who are crying saying it sucked for them?? What? You must live in your parents basement! The donuts Rock!

Every so often I stop in here when I'm craving a doughnut on the weekend. I'm always reminded why I don't visit more often. The service is slow no matter how busy they are. It doesn't matter if you go in or go through the drive thru. You will wait. For a place that specializes in doughnuts you would think there would be a large selection of doughnuts. You would be wrong. From experience it's better to ask what they do have than what they don't-it's a shorter list. It's extremely frustrating to visit a breakfast place when they are consistently out of almost everything during breakfast.

Great donuts if you dont wait until the afternoon to get them. Customer service was impressive. What most impressed me is i asked for a certain kind of donut and they said they have never sold it...so i was slid a order form and told the baker would make any combo of flavors and fillings for donuts or the munchkins. The price was the same and my bavarian filled glazed munchinkins were ready for pickup in a couple hours. Awesome!

I was filled with excitement when my boyfriend and I saw the Dunkin Donuts sign go up in this location. It had been years since I lived near a Dunkin Donuts and their coffee and donuts osuch a delight to treat on! I love that their hours are open until 10pm, I love the drive through that seems to go by swiftly and the beautiful decor inside. The staff are swift and friendly and seem to handle the long lines with a smile. The donuts tasted yummy and fresh the few times I've had them which I loved. So far I've tried: Chocolate Kreme (my fave) The Boston Cream and the fruit cruller (i think that's what it's called) Loved them all. The only huge disappointment I had was that the Chocolate Kreme has very little chocolate in it. It's mostly the dough of the donut. I've had this donut a few times other dunkin donuts and this thought never came to mind. If they filled the donut with at the very least half full with chocolate kreme I would be thrilled!! I have high hopes for this Dunkin Donuts and that it will be here to stay.

Wow, what a dive this place has taken. Of course when it first opened it was great. Nice donuts, yummy coffee and good breakfast sandwiches. Fast forward, empty drive thru lines at a coffee shop like this says a lot. We stopped going because the donuts got tiny with barely any frosting on them. Today is Sunday. It's 10 AM, my husband stops there because he wants donuts. I walk in, get in line and they are almost out of donuts. What? A donut shop almost completely out of donuts on a Sunday morning. Yes, they were almost out of donuts at Dunkin Donuts. No wonder why this place is empty most of the time. Never again. A donut shop should not run out of donuts, tell your staff to get their lazy butts back in the kitchen and make more! Edit to add: We tried this place again today. It's a Saturday, went at noon. Placed my order in the drive through, got to the window and paid. A few minutes later the kid opened the window and they were out of what I ordered. Second time a donut shop is out of donuts. I'll drive to Winchells from now on. It's far but I know they are well stocked.

Very solid donuts and great coffee. Service was quick and efficient on a busy Saturday morning. Everything I hoped Dunkin would be. Now I just need a location closer to midtown.

Geez since everyone else is trashing this place I am jumping in to provide some much needed love. I am not a coffee establishment snob so as long as the coffee is cold and I have the option of adding mocha and mint, I am good to go. Dunkin Donuts is not new to me as back in the day I used to frequent on a regular basis. I would occasionally go for the donuts or a breakfast item. Fast forward to today and I've become a somewhat regular cold coffee drinker! I haven't figured out whether I drink coffee because everyone else does or if I truly like the taste. Starbucks has been my go to spot for morning coffee but one morning I was feeling adventurous and decided to give Dunkin Donuts' coffee a try.. Upon entering the modest size establishment I was immediately won over by the sign that read, "Iced Mocha Mint" coffee!!! Geez I didn't even have to think. When I got to the counter I simply pointed and said, "I want that". Not only is the coffee cheap, but it is delicious...oh and did I say cheap!? A large at Starbucks require one to take out a second mortgage. At Dunkin I can get a large without breaking the bank and have money left over for a 9 piece hash brown which BTW are ridiculously good!. I've visited this location several times and despite how busy they were, the wait hasn't been incredibly long. Everyone is always polite and sometimes there's even someone at the front door greeting patrons as they enter and exit. Nice touch! Since they recently opened, I expect a few hiccups as they work out all the kinks but even in the infancy stage, I don't have anything (significant) to complain about.

Well, my first experience with Dunkin Donuts in many years and what a disappointment. We had the pretzel roll roast beef and it didn't look anything like their website. It appeared to have been shipped in (not made fresh, that's for sure) and had one (YES, ONE) very thin slice of roast beef that was smaller than the slice of cheese and embedded in the cheese so when you opened up the sandwich you couldn't see it. You had to look under the cheese. Dunkin' Donuts...I'm VERY disappointed!! Our first one in the Omaha area and that was my experience. I don't believe I'll be going back anytime soon. Think about making them fresh upon order???

25+ minutes in the drive through for a random dozen. Donuts were pretty tasty but I guess I'm more of a Krispy Kreme kinda guy. The wife said she likes them better though so I guess its a wash for our family. Give it a shot if your in the area. See what you think. Its hard to hate a doughnut... even if it felt a little stale.

I've been here half a dozen times now and have been disappointed most times. On the plus side the doughnuts are pretty good. But the service had been poor. The staff has often seemed like they don't really know what they are doing. I ordered an iced vanilla drink and it tasted very watered down. Mostly like ice and water. Also the doughnuts are pretty expensive at a buck a piece. The last straw was today when we went through the drive through and ordered an glazed chocolate. When we got home and opened the bag it was some weird kind of doughnut that tasted terrible. I won't be back.

I was really excited when I saw that Omaha was finally getting a dunkin donuts! That said, this place absolutely does not live up to the hype. The good: I liked their breakfast sandwiches. They were good. That said, they were not orgasmic or even amazing. I'd say they were pretty standard fair. They tasted about the same as McDonalds and Burger King's breakfast sandwiches... so certainly nothing special. The ehh: I'd say that their donuts are mediocre. They do not compare to any of the other places in Omaha in terms of quality. They were simply okay. The coffee seemed pretty standard as well. The bad: For whatever reason, if you order multiple donuts, they simply just toss them into a bag. They do not put them in a box like every other place in the history of the world. The first time I went there and this happened, I assumed that it was a mistake or something. The second time this happened, I was pretty pissed. I ordered 4 different kinds of donuts and they were all stacked on top of each other. So I had a chocolate glazed donut, a maple glazed donut with chocolate frosting all over the bottom, a vanilla glazed donut with maple frosting all over the bottom, and a glazed donut with vanilla glaze all over the bottom....sweeet. *rolls eyes* This is kind of unacceptable. I won't ever buy their donuts again. My partner and I decided to get some of their iced drinks. I got what should have been a blueberry slushie. Except it had no ice in it. So it was completely overpowered with the flavor since it should have been probably 1/3 of the drink and 2/3 ice. I don't understand how it could have possibly melted in the 3 minutes from when I ordered it until I received it. I've got to assume that no one there gives a shit and it wasn't made right. Coooool. My partner also got an iced coffee drink that was... melted as well. He also noted that it tasted very artificial and he didn't care for it. I won't be back. I'll stick to starbucks for coffee and local bakeries for donuts.

The Facility: not as tidy or clean as you would expect with so many employees on hand. Chairs scattered everywhere, trash over flowing, trash on floor. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't nice. Again, with all the employees standing around doing nothing, one with purple hair was texting on her cell, two boys were chomping down on food in plain site of everyone eating and about a dozen more just overcrowding each other... it could of been better. The Donuts: They weren't bad at all. We went at roughly 2 pm on Sunday and they were soft fresh and tasty. The Staff: Oh boy do they need help. I understand its a new place and all but goodness that was just way out there. There was one guest in front of us and when they were done we moved up. When we got to the counter we were not greeted, we were not asked "how can I help you?" We just stood there waiting to be acknowledged. It was super awkward! The cashier used her bare hands to grab the doughnuts. Yes, she handled cash and then just threw the damn doughnuts in the box as if it were some type of hockey puck or game all with no gloves, no tongs, nothing! I asked for a glass of water when ordering and my wife asked for a cup of coffee. Her coffee came before the water which was fine until It was obvious they forgot about the water. I stood at the counter opposite of the cash registers and the manager in charge plus 2 separate employees just ignored me. They stood right there and I know I intentionally gave them the "I need something look!" We all know that one. Oh well I was just standing there for nothing right. Just a man staring standing at the counter because I love to waste my time like that! Finally, I had to speak up and I got my fresh icy cup of refreshing H2O! Overall, the doughnut's were fine but the service is lacking real bad. I mean they weren't even busy. There were no lines of cars there were about a total of 8 guests sitting inside/outside. They had a ton of staff too. At least a dozen employees easily! If the service was better I'd crank up the stars but otherwise nope.... 1 for good doughnuts and one for my refreshing cup of H2O that hit the spot! If you go, expect the same service. By reading the other reviews it sounds likes its an ongoing problem! Hopefully it gets fixed! Good Luck!
