I came here with a friend ever since she told me they offer free pie on wednesdays. who can beat free pie? the best part is that i only have to order a coffee or juice to get the free deal. I had the country fried chicken entree and it was pretty ok. next time i go ill just order juice and get pie. the food itself is forgetable. but the wait staff is fast and friendly. its no ihop but its more relative to a dennys.

This is a pretty well run VI. Food was consistently good, and the service was very good. Employees were happy and helpful and seemed to be enjoying their work, which makes a big difference in the atmosphere of the place.

They Call Me L.
They've revamped their image and updated their restaurants, it seems, since I was last at a VI. As far as the chain breakfast/diner places go, these guys hang with the pack. I enjoyed my biscuits and gravy, and everyone else at my table seemed satisfied with their meals. Our waiter was a bit spacey, though.

Try Perkins, IHOP, or Cracker Barrel if you are looking for a chain restaurant for breakfast type food.

I have to say, I am a Village Inn fan for breakfasts. Their prices have gone up a bit in the last few years and it is now just as expensive to eat breakfast as a supper meal. But overall, everything is done good and tastes good. Service at this VI is usually pretty good. Pies are always good. If you order off of the evening menu, their food is average to good.

This place has really upped their game since the last time I visited. The food is much better. The service is great. Check out their pretzel burgers. I had the honey mustard chicken one, it was worth the $10. Well done, guys. I'm coming in more often.

This little restaurant was quite a surprised. We were stuck at the super 8 because of car trouble and it was right next door. Great menu choices for breakfast and courteous, fast, attention to detail service. Traveling cross country we find this to be a wonderful option. They are close to the highway and so close to our hotel we walked over. And you can not beat the price.
