My drinks always used to be good here, but I am changing my review because one of the drive-thru baristas does not know how to make a caramel machiatto. It's revoltingly bitter, and the caramel sinks down instead of resting on top. Going through the drive-thru on my way to work over the course of a few months, I've had to park, walk in, and have them remake it 3 or 4 times. However, every time that I've asked one of the other baristas to remake my drink, they've been really nice about it and have done an excellent job. So I would recommend this Starbuck's with the caveat that you should take a sip of your drink to make sure it tastes right before you leave the parking lot. If you're in the drive-thru, though, please pull forward before sipping. Don't make people wait behind you in the drive-through lane-- that's just rude. Also, you can bring your own travel mug if you'd like to be more environmentally friendly. Just make sure you tell them at the speaker, you know how many oz. are in it, and it's clean, of course. At one time, they offered a discount for saving on disposable cups, but I'm not sure if they still do that.

Ah, good ol' Starbucks. When I first moved to Lincoln I was really struggling for for the first week or so, and it was comforting to find a familiar establishment... even if it was just a coffee shop. Sounds silly but it really helped my morale! I used their free WiFi during the first few days when my internet wasn't set up at home yet. I wish Lincoln had more Starbucks locations, they're so convenient and consistent. The only reason why I took off one star is because there were flies inside that kept bothering me...

The recent expansion and remodel of this location has done wonders for its accessibility and vibe. They offer a full service Reserve counter.

The remodel and expansion of this Starbucks is really attractive. From the light fixtures to private work/study space, it's above and beyond most locations. The staff here was cheerful, happy, and helpful. I have not received such great customer service at any Starbucks location across the country so far this year. There is a drive thru also!

My favorite place ever! The green tea is just SO GOOD and its my favorite of all time. This place just got remodeled and expanded so its really beautiful. Good place for study .

Excellent location...consistent quality you expect to find at a Starbucks. Getting into the parking lot is pretty easy, but getting out and heading east on O St requires making a U-turn on O St or 33rd. Not major problem, it just seems slightly unnecessary. Obviously Starbucks cannot help this and it is more of a City of Lincoln design "flaw". Friendly staff and quality service. This location has a drive-thru as well, for those who need their coffee but maybe didn't put on any pants before going out. It happens...I mean, hey, there's a reason you need coffee...
