A very decent chain burger restaurant! I recommend the burger with red dill relish on it. Speciality drinks aren't bad here either - they certainly beat most other chain restaurants. Another nice thing about this particular one is that even though it's always swamped, you never wait too long for your food & the servers must be trained on how to be extremely attentive because I've never been dissatisfied with service. Just remember those bottomless steak fries will catch up with you; I have to remind myself every time I go!

It's a burger joint, and they do it well. Not a fancy place just a nice family burger place thats great for kids which can make it a tad noisy. They also have a lot of other items on the menu like wraps, chicken, and fried fish/shrimp. Fries are thick steak fries and you get unlimited refils on fries. The malts and shakes are creamy and delicious. I reccomend the royal red robin, it has a sunny side up egg on it. The tower of onion rings is also well fried and has a thick crispy breading. Be sure to sign up for the loyalty program as you get a free burger on your birthday and after 9 burgers the 10th is free, so basically 10% off. They also run various promotions throughout the year like 20% off or free desert etc.

For those with food allergies, dining out can be a risky proposition. Having a Gluten and Dairy allergy severely limits the options for our family. After giving up hope of enjoying a burger again, we came across Red Robin. Their gluten free buns are great and they seem to be VERY careful, even printing "Allergy Alert" on the order. We've eaten there multiple times now without incident. And to top it off, the food is good, too! Highly recommend this establishment.

Not being from around the area I have certainly heard a lot of hype about Red Robin. They are, in some circles, about as rave inducing as In n Out, or White Castle. I will start out saying the bar is extremely high. Although, usually those tend to be more iconic than a function of food quality. Disclaimers aside, I have finally set my sights on RR. This has a hybrid drive-in sort of old style feel to it. It is a considerably busy location and parking around meal times can be scarce and narrow. Unfortunate for those who drive battleships. There is a unique feature in the front is an adult only forum (usually those sections are behind curtains in the back). The tables are fairly close together so if you are out on an intimate night with a potential love interest, the folks next to you will know as much about you two as your would-be dates. Though, it is a touch classier than BK or Mc'Ds...sorry no $1 menus. The food was good. The much anticipated burger was prepared to spec and still juicy but not quite at the run down your arm level. They are certainly premium burgers as the price would suggest. Overall, not bad but a little pricey and as long as you don't mind communal living you should be ok with whiffing the neighbor's food.

The burgers are pretty good, def gourmet. I'm not a fancy person when it comes to burgers, my friends and I went in for the bottomless fries, but each order only had like 6 fries. We kept eating the fries faster than we could order them. The fries can in a metal ring and the metal ring didn't have a bottom. I guess that's what they meant by bottomless. I would come back here again though

This was a hard review to write. On one hand we had terrible service, but on the other hand it was great. Confusing right? My date and I walked in and the host offered us a high top. We asked about the booths which were both dirty to which he responded "well they are dirty.' so I asked if we could wait for one to which he responded, "well I don't know how long it will take to clean them, it could be a while," and he walked off leaving us standing there. We sat at the hightop which was not balanced. We sat for a few minutes and realized we weren't happy so we moved to a booth and placed the dirty dishes on the dirty table next to us. Our server came over immediately and asked if we'd been seated there. We told her what happened and she apologized profusely and started cleaning the table. She was absolutely amazing, very attentive and friendly. I don't know if I'll be back as the entire meal was tainted by how we were treated when we arrived.

The fries were cold. But they were also never ending. I think that cancels itself out.

Went here on a Sunday eve around 6:30. Place was hopping w/lots of young children in the place. Great place for families to go. The bad part of that is the noise level...too loud. Service was good. Our order came out quickly and tasted good as always. Waitress was attentive and pleasant. I think the price is just a tad high for what you get and the place was too noisy as I mentioned. Will continue to go here from time to time.

Last Saturday we had a birthday party for our 11 year old. He had a friend an we had a great server and our other regular server Emily stopped by as did the manager Kelly. They were wonderful definitely a place for both kids and adults. I had a great blood orange cocktail and Logan got his favorite milkshake. Everyone loved the awesome food and service from everyone. Gunner our server kept up with our table. We brought 5 friends everyone had a great time. Logan had a great birthday! We will be back. My Red Robin Royalty card gave us a free item worth joining!

Great burgers at a reasonable price. Something for everyone. Heart healthy options though it is hard to stay away from endless fries. My favorite is the bleu ribbon burger. They also have fun drinks and versions for adults! great service also. WIN WIN here and they always cook the burger how I want it. If you go often they have a rewards program which includes a free burger on your birthday! Incentives are a great way to earn my business back.

I have to give credit where credit is due...this isn't a fancy restaurant it's a Burger Joint... But if you enjoy good food, excellent service staff, short wait times, and a nice casual environment to visit with the family... For the price... You can't beat this place! I was very impressed all around, and am certainly not some paid hack working for Red Robin! It is obvious that these people focus their attention on the customer...and the quality of their food is top Notch... I would recommend this place to any & all my friends... And in the 2 or 3 years I've been coming here, I've never been disappointed!

Have not been to a RR in a while. Not as good as I remembered. Seems like some changes to quality. Burger was salty. Not as good a don and Millie's and about 3 times the price. Incredibly loud environment. Forget any conversation.

Food is good, service is good, price isn't that great considering your going in for burger & fries... Gotta take out a small loan for a family of four to eat here.

Favorite thing about this location is it has an Adult Only area. If you are childfree or want to enjoy a meal away from screaming, crying children ask for a seat in the bar. I don't know why every restaurant doesn't make the bar area a childfree zone.

My son asked to have his 10-year old "family birthday party" here and we had a great time! Our server and the manager went out of their way to make sure he had a good party, and my Chophouse Burger was fantastic.

We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday tonight and she wanted to go to Red Robin. It used to be a family favorite, but I believe there has been a change in management within the past year and our past few visits have not been as good as they have been, tonight was no exception. We had a party of nine, but got seated at a table for 12, which we easily overlooked as we were promptly seated. The manager inquired about my daughter's birthday, drink and appetizer orders were taken and delivered in short-order, but things went downhill after that. Our meals didn't all come at the same time and when they did come, the server started calling out the orders and passing the plates down the line instead of taking note as to who ordered what. I felt like we were at Culver's or Dairy Queen instead of Red Robin, but the menu prices definitely confirmed we were at Red Robin! When they left our table, they failed to take away our dirty empty appetizer dishes, so the table became pretty crowded, not very conducive to opening presents. There were a few slight mistakes with missing sides and sauces, but those were quickly rectified. When we were finished, there was a long pause before our server brought us the check, which was unexpected, because we were thinking that my daughter would get a song and a free desert! And others of us wanted desert as well. When we mentioned this oversight, our server quickly took back the check and brought a dessert menu, but before we had a chance to order desert, they brought out my daughter's with the whole gang to do the song! Then he took our dessert order. After another long pause, my daughter finished her ice cream and was ready to go. Then our deserts came. I told the server to take them back because I wasn't going to pay for deserts that we couldn't enjoy with my daughter. Not to mention that none of our dirty dishes had been cleared, not even the appetizer dishes! As for the food, it was good, fresh, and hot, so no complaints there, but the service was terrible! I won't even bother to mention our previous visit where my wife got water spilled on her as the server was reaching for a glass! I'm going to destroy my Royalty card and from now on, we're going to Lazlo's or Dino's for good service.

I've been going here years and order something each time, and NOTHING has ever failed my taste buds! Everything here is delicious! From burgers to salads to desserts! Beware though, they're not exactly the best for your health, but this is a good place to reward yourself once in a while! ^_^ Service is awesome and quick! One time we asked them to change the channel to watch a game to which they complied with ease. Then half an hour later another group came and asked to change the channel to their own preference. The staff respectfully told them that we came first and are watching what's currently on. The other party decided to leave and we got to watch until half time of the game. I love how the staff handled the situation and respected us in watching the game! I was just there again last night and got something different! *burp* My taste buds and my stomach are satisfied once again!

Drove 20 minutes (across town) just for Red Robin. We hadn't had it in a long time and the commercials were practically taunting us. We HAD to go! I always get the Crispy Chicken Burger and my boyfirend likes to switch it up now and then- it's always awesome regardless of what you order. We both are hooked on the Freckled Lemonade - fresh sliced strawberries in delish strawberry lemonade. Very refreshing and endless refills!! A great place to take family or just eat dinner with a friend or spouse! :)

I don't normally like chains, but I love Red Robin burgers. No matter which one I get I love it. I wish it was a little cheaper.

A fun gourmet burger place! It has a kitschey Americana-nostalgia vibe and is a great place to reconnect with your inner child. I recommend avoiding busy weekend times if you don't want to connect with other people's actual children, though. ;) The service is okay, the burgers are incredible, and the bottomless french fries are awesome. They'll get you started on your fries before your burgers come if you ask them nicely. They serve malts and shakes, but also alcoholic drinks. I appreciate that they have good-tasting non-meat options-- I always substitute with a veggie burger.

Food is always good and the staff are pleasant and helpful. two drawbacks: the food is served in cheap plastic baskets and the place is too loud. A good place for the kids, texting teens, and relatives you don't like. But, the chow is fresh, hot, and prepared just right. It's a good "take away" joint.

Really good burgers, lots of burger choices, and lots of other menu items are great too. Yes, it's expensive but the food is great so people complaining about the price: don't go if you can't afford it! 4 stars because the service can be iffy and the endless fries are not really endless lol. If you ask for more it takes 10 minutes to get them and they give you 5 fries at a time.

overpriced burger chain. I do like the endless fries, but not good for my heart.
