Today my experience at Panera was truly horrendous- Had I never been to this establishment before I would not return after today! There was one associate helping a line of approximately 10 people at 845am during the week of Christmas- I spoke to the female assistant manager on duty and she was very rude when I expressed concern (and a little frustration) - I would love to share her name here but when I called to find out who she was nobody answered the phone for four full minutes

Eat here regularly. Fresh food options are excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Although not as inviting as other locations, it lives up to the franchise's expectations. The food was a little bland this time. The restaurant was in sort of a disarray but it was following lunch and had not quite recovered. Overall, it gets the job done if you need some Panera

What a difference a different franchise makes: great service! Food delivered to the table, promptly. I tried the new chicken, quinoa, caesar salad: excellent. Nice soft bread accompanied this. My last experience at a Panera in St. Louis was terrible. Glad to eat somewhere that the management takes pride in the service and products.

I went to the Panera Bread near Gateway Mall in Lincoln, NE. Not only are they a bit pricey for their food, but they messed up my order, again! This is my second time trying them out and my last. I thought I would given them the benefit of the doubt. I won't be going back. This place and these restaurants are horrible!

I love Panera, but this particular place is slacking!! I got a smoothie, which was overpriced to begin with... the guy making it was clearly new, but seriously!? He took 10 minutes to make a simple smoothie, and he kept licking his fingers, and then touched my straw! Like come on! The smoothie was horrible, I felt like I was just drinking yogurt. The cinnamon roll was old and hard!

GROSS! You want food that comes from a freezer bag? Then eat at Panera. With SO many delicious, local sandwich shops in Lincoln I can't believe anyone would eat at Panera. Seriously, try Highnooners, Doozy's, Bread and Cup, Manhattan Deli, Bisonwiches, Downtown Deli...the list of better LOCAL places to eat could go on and on. Think outside of the box people! If it's bread you're seeking, then pick up a fresh loaf at Bread and Cup, Wise Oven Bakery, Open Harvest, Le Quartier, etc. You won't be sorry. All handmade, fresh, made locally. I've also experienced nothing but terrible service at the Panera's in town.

The food isn't that bad, and there are even several items on the menu that I enjoy. But, the employees are always so rude and sullen! I go occasionally for the soup and regret it everytime because of the poor service.

Corporate answer to any number of great bread shops in town. Panera has yet to impress me. I've eaten there a few times, and even received a free loaf of bread a month for a year as a Christmas gift, but the food has never been that great. I even had a friend who got salmonella from a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The coffee drinks are not that good either. I'd suggest skipping and hitting up one of the local bread shops.
