A pretty good bar, one of the many along our O Street bar crawl route. When I went on a Friday night, beers were $1 apiece, which was awesome. Other than that, it's not outstanding in any other way, but it is a perfectly adequate bar.

We wanted to go to the Watering Hole but it was packed. This place was empty, now we know why. Not known for their food. I know it's a bar and not really a restaurant but save your money for pizza or a runza at the game. It would be better spent. Everything tasted store bought. I had a philly. The wife had a prime rib sandwich. Lots of bread and a few pieces of meat. Chips and queso = stadium chips and cheese. Side salad = slimy lettuce, Kraft ranch and dirty bowl. I heard it's a fun place to drink though.

Cheap drinks, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. I'd like to give them an ubiquitous half star to bump them up to 2.5, but meh, such is Yelp. They have a cover, at least on weekends, which is lame. However, as my best friend pointed out last time we went there, it's possible to get that waived with a good, loud, "Hey guys, they have a cover, let's go somewhere else."

Came down from Omaha for the Michigan St Nebraska game and wanted to try the wings at the Watering Hole but that place was so damn packed for several hours after the game ended. We came to Main Street after another bar between the Watering Hole and MS. It wasn't very busy which made getting a drink easy. Looked at the menu briefly only to see $5.95 for chips and salsa (rip off imo) We really wanted wings and the condensed gameday menu lacked that. On our second round I ordered 2 irish carbombs and they were served already mixed. This lead to the Bailey's to curd in our Guiness. That wasn't appealing at all so my gf took them to the bar in exchange for 2 beers. The waitress felt terrible about the previous drinks and we were served 2 carbombs correctly. We finished our drinks and I find out our tab was comped for the 2nd round of beers and carbombs. Total came to just $6.50 and I left the waitress with the change of my $20 for her tip. I would have paid for our drinks with no arguement but I was impressed with how they handled the situation. All in all it was a nice place and they were very generous to us for comping drinks.

Went here today for a quick lunch with a colleague. I had the Pub Sandwich, which was essentially prime rib with bacon on rye, with a horseradish sauce. It was good, but nothing to write home about. Seemed a bit on the small side - also skimped on chips, in my opinion. Nice lunch, but not a destination based on my experience.
