Okay to start with I am not a huge IHOP fan as it is. I think $11 for an omelet made with poor quality meat and eggs is too pricy, but we didn't have many options so we tried this IHOP from hell. It was super busy so maybe I should cut them some slack. They were out of stuffed french toast, the waitress punched in the wrong item so we had to wait for our pancakes, it was super loud, and overall this place is just terrible. There has to be better, more affordable places to get a decent breakfast. The food here just tastes so cheap, and the waitresses are friendly but most seem to be awful at their jobs. A lot of mistakes were being made around us and our waitress nearly shoved us out the door. We hadn't even finished eating and she brought the bill without asking if we were ready. Then while I was finishing up my coffee she interrupts our conversation to get payment. Maybe they have a problem dine and dash, I just think it is rude to put a bill down when people are still eating.

Best place in Lincoln to throw a house salad covered in thousand island dressing on the ground and storm off in a huff at 3 a.m.

I usually love Ihop, but this one is sub-standard. all three times I've been here, the food was not good, the service was slow and non-attentive, and the tables were sticky. Go to Greenfields on the other side of town instead.

Let me start off by saying I tell it how it is ESPECIALLY for restaurants in Lincoln, I really want people to know If I absolutely love a place or if I absolutely hate a place like I hate ihop in this case. I have lived in Lincoln now for 10 and a half years and I have to say this I hop is the only IHOP here and I will never ever ever ever eat here again even if it was free even if everything was good and perfect never again. The restaurant is very the staffing is very poor the food quality is probably 1 of the worst places I have ever eaten at anywhere I have ever lived. Last July my family and I ate at this I hop restaurant and had an absolutely terrible experience with a steak ordered medium rare that came out burnt and overcooked almost to the point of being as hard as plastic I sent it back it came out again partially frozen and completely raw and singed and burnt on the edges I send it back again it came out again very well done with a frozen center I sent it back again for the 4th time and it came back almost completely raw this time not frozen. I waited literally an hour and 45 minutes to get my food and it never ever was corrected also my sons food tasted terrible and was thrown on the plate my wifes french toast was soggy and disgusting and my daughters pancakes were very not fresh. I called over the manager they did nothing at all except for took off part of my meal I left the food there and took pictures of it sent pictures to the supposed to the store owner that live in California by the name of Walter. I went back and forth about four or five different times..... I don't know if I've ever had such an uncaring store owner quote ever in my entire life he couldn't have cared less that I was upset and that my family is completely ruined that night he did absolutely nothing whatsoever for me and my family so we decided never to eat at IHOP again! ! We recently were hungry while we are out and about after doing some shopping and on the night of July 2nd 2014 went back after a year of not eating here and I must say everything was as terrible than as it was before terrible service terrible food I waited 1 hour and 18 minutes for a plate of pancakes sausage bacon and eggs. So did my starving wife and children there was only three other tables in the entire restaurant that were full. By the time our food came out it was over cut tasted absolutely terrible and to make things worse in my daughter strawberry pancakes there was a couple of gnats and also hair on top of my very burnt sausage I took pictures of everything and the manager or assistant manager that was there at the time did discount my meal however did nothing whatsoever for my the rest of my families food she sad I am sorry there is nothing more I can do here is the name to the new store manager in california I tried repeatedly 7 times over 3 weeks to get ahold of this new store owner and again western away with not even 1 response from him I also sent a couple of emails again with no response I am absolutely appalled at this horrible terrible restaurant and will never ever in my entire life eat at IHOP again they have lost our business and my family and friends business forever. Please I beg you do not eat at this restaurant you will be so unhappy and sad I don't want anyone to go to this restaurant I wouldn't wish this food or service upon my worst enemy this is all a very true statement by me and yes it is very long but I hope and I pray that I hop goes completely out of business in the city of Lincoln... :-(

We were hesitant to stop for breakfast, because the IHOP in our location has gone down hill. But, we were anxious to get back on the road, and so we stopped. We are very glad we did, because we were reminded of why we had enjoyed IHOP before. Thanks for the great breakfast!

I occasionally get a hankering for IHOP. They tend to have more breakfast items on the "sweet" side. Their fruit crepes and cream are pretty tasty. Basically, you know you if you like IHOP or you don't. They are everywhere. Decent food, approximately the same prices as a Village Inn. I would say that I have struggled with this IHOP over the years. Sometimes its hot, sometimes its cold. Sometimes the service is decent, sometimes the service is below average. I would say, the food us usually sound but the service and atmosphere is the most inconsistent part of the restaurant. So, just average for an IHOP. Nothing special or spectacular, and no reason NOT to go if you aren't in a hurry.

I usually love to go to IHOP. I have been to locations much better than this one that is for sure. I usually get pigs in blankets so I can have each pancake/sausage with a different syrup, I have been doing this since I was a kid. I asked for special flavored pancakes and I got them, but I was charged for another whole breakfast. When I brought this to the waiters attention he said he would take it to the manager, but neither of them took the extra charge off my bill... sucks to be a waiter with NO TIP. I would never go back to this place for the attitude I received and the time I had to wait. ridiculous. There are so many other locations to get pancakes that there is no reason for rudeness EVER! Food was OK but it is kinda hard to mess up pancakes... FAIL! If you want rude service with OK food this is your spot... abuse abounds at this IHOP. I would take my business to The Egg and I downtown, or the Greenfields on Highway 2 that is almost the same thing as an IHOP. Even Perkins or Village inn has better service than this place.

Very friendly service even though it was sunday morning and they were very busy. As good as an IHOP can be really.

They're close to home. They're convenient. They're nice to us. But their food is mediocre.

Omelets were fresh and made to order. No issues for breakfast. Waiter was nice and had no complaints.

Our local Lincoln IHOP is almost always packed. The food is always great, the service is usually decent to good. I have never had a "bad" server there, but I've never had a "really great" one there either... And, alas it would seem I always in up with a table that has two Pecan syrups but no normal, every day maple :(
