We've been here many times over the past year. The food's above average, everything is made to order. If it seems more expensive than it should, you can thank Whitefish's resort tax. Service has been, at worst, indifferent on a couple of occasions. The vibe is more "I'm a Chef, you're lucky I even know how to work this thing with numbers on it" than "oh, you again." The chocolate chip cookies left to cool on the service counter is either brilliant marketing, or a little unsanitary. YMMV. The décor doesn't look like it's been updated since 1985, and the tables don't always get wiped down after every patron, but I wouldn't say it's intrinsically dirty. The kitchen is completely open, and I've never seen any sketchy food storage or handling going on.

This was an utter and total disappointment, especially after all the 4 and 5 star reviews. The food felt like it had been assembled from a bunch of store brought ingredients. I had the lamb shawarma (or pita sandwich - I forget) and it was chewy. The lettuce was far too cold. The wife had a burrito which was cold as well. Overall, find another place.

My family and I stopped at Wrap & Roll on our first day vacationing in Whitefish. GREAT food for all of us, and loved the gluten free cookies as well! Service was just as great as the food. Would highly recommend eating here.

This place is a cute little restaurant. The food is great!! The man working the cashier wasn't super friendly but was knowledgable about the menu. Just about everything on their menu can be made gluten free! We got to talking to the owner, who was very friendly!!

Fantastic chicken & fish tacos. I usually eat at Taquerias in San Francisco and this place seriously rocks!!

SLLLLLOOOOOWWWWWW.... Like food is made by a sloth slow. Not a busy day, and it took like 25 minutes to get a burrito ordered at a counter. Won't return. Sorry guys, gotta try a little harder.

Good stuff. I think the only real lamb gyros in the area. Falafel too!!!! You have to try the hummus. Fresh baked cookies. Funky but super nice staff. Gluten free options! Great burritos!

Sure, it may not be the quickest...or the cleanest....but the service is friendly and the wraps are great!

We've been customers of Wrap and Roll for a long time. Their menus hasn't changed very much, but there isn't a whole lot of reason for them to change. The ultimate supreme fatty, the thai, the fish fatty, are all great burritos. They use real ingredients, they are fast and friendly. Could use an ice machine would probably be my only complaint!

Real ingredients, real food, laid back atmosphere...open kitchen! Most everything besides the cheese is made in house, salsa, dressings, etc....now you can check out the Wrap and Roll "On the Fly" around the valley!!

Very good service and awesome food! Quick and great taste for a reasonable price, especially in such a touristy area. Most places cost twice the price for less flavorful food. Definitely would recommend. Only downside is there is very limited seating.

Several vegetarian options, good prices, pleasant staff. The food is pretty good for casual dining.

This place is awesome. Great food and the service was some of the best I've ever seen. Burritos are HUGE and accurately named "the fatty".

This is the classic 'hole in the wall' that has a really great offering. Off the beaten path it looks like a dump from the outside. Complete with a dingy setting, along with a thin greasy film over everything from the kitchen exhaust, a filthy fan in the wall next to one of the tables, and even a broken water cooler switch. Sure you can sit and eat but do you really want to? Yuck. Well, the food is GREAT so don't be fooled! This is the one of the few places, if not the only place, in Whitefish that has embraced something other than the stale, same old, meat and potatoes menu offerings so ingrained in Montana's culture. If you're a vegetarian, vegan, or just like to eat healthy fresh food, you really need to stop in. For God's sake, I'm so tired of having to wait for a trip to NY, Vegas, Seattle, or CA, to get a decent vegetarian meal. Thanks Wrap & Roll! The staff is great. They are always slaving away over the grill so if they are bit gruff and hurried try not to take offense. They are busy cooking up good eats. All of the produce comes from the local market in Whitefish. In addition that market really focuses on local. They have a really great hummus here that goes great with the pitas. They often run out since they make everything fresh or in small quantities. They have their menu on-line so you can call your order in advance. Which I recommend. Because if there are a few orders in front of you, be prepared to sit around in a tight space with other twitchy customers. If they had a place on main street I think they could easily make a mint from the foot traffic. Stupid bars and retail taking all the space. Be daring - eat healthy!

We were so excited about this place given the great ratings but it definitely didn't live up to the hype. The beef gyro was decent but dry and the falafel was just ok. And a side of plain tortilla chips with nothing to flavor them up left this meal wanting. The staff didn't seem to care that we were even there. This is the first place in this awesome little town that we felt unwelcome. After eating at wrap and roll, it was no surprise to me that we were the only people there at 6pm. We definitely won't be headed back anytime soon.

The Thai Peanut Veggie Wrap with Chicken is to die for!! Hot, tasty, and healthy...a perfect combo! My son loved the Ultimate Fatty Burrito, and he's a very picky eater. Love places that will 'special order' their offerings. Makes life easier. Yay!

The fish burrito was so good the first time I decided to go back. However, the next time I went the prices had gone up and were ridiculously overpriced and the lady who took my order was extremely rude. She did not make eye contact and barely grunted when I ordered. I wasn't even sure if she saw me or had heard me order except she took my credit card. While I was waiting for my to-go order (which took a rather long time for the small order I had) I noticed there was another employee who was much nicer and even told someone to "Have a nice day." The next and LAST time I went I ordered two overpriced fish tacos they were very delicious but not worth the wait or the price. I won't be back mostly due to the prices. The food was good but the water jug is just room temperature with no ice.

Waited almost 20 minutes for two wraps. When my order was ready, they put it on the counter and forgot about it. When i went to get the order, they practically sneered at me. Don't you love places that resent your giving them business? Sorry to inconvenience you. Lamb in my gyro was cut in huge chunks and was like chewing tasteless rubber. I went to put a little hot sauce on my gyro, and the cap came off, dousing it. Noice! Booby trapped condiments. Giving two stars only because my wife liked her veggie wrap.

This place is awesome. Just sayin'... We've gone here many, many, many times. Lunch time is really busy, so make sure you've got the time. They do take call-in orders, so that can lighten the wait. As for the food, its awesome. We love the Ultimate Fatty Supreme Burrito with chicken. It's seriously, enough for two people. And they have a cooler with glases for free water. You can walk out of here with dinner for 2 costing $10 and not being hungry for quite awhile. Other stars are the Chorizo Burrito, the Fish Tacos, the Greek Wrap... Pretty much everything here is good. Their veggies are grilled up when you order, so everything is fresh (part of why it takes awhile for the food) Highly recommended

The food is decent. I went in there with my autistic nephew and the music was blaring so I asked if they would turn it down. She did and then turned it back up. After I went back and asked her to turn it BACK down because he was autistic she said I should have said that before. Because they can't accommodate my request without a valid reason!!!??? Really?! You can't have quiet music while we are there? Thanks Jerks
