Oh dear lord this place saved my ass on the way home! I had been drinking terrible terrible coffee in Columbia Falls all week long. Mind you, Starbucks is mediocre in my big city opinion but at least it's consistently mediocre. The line was quick and I ordered a coconut iced mocha. However, the wait for my drink was ridiculous! I couldn't believe it took so long. There was only one person in front of me. That wouldn't happen where I'm from. When I got my drink I was pretty sure it wasn't coconut. After a couple of sips, I realized it was mint. I asked the girl about, she said she was pretty sure it was coconut. After my being persistent she said "Then you're probably right I'll make it again." With a big corporate encouraged smile she made it fast, this time w/ coconut and not mint. Overall, I give 3* cause the coffee tasted fine and in the end the girl was quick to make me happy. What more could I ask for on a long trip home to Minneapolis?

Tables in store need to be replaced or repaired. Went from table to table to find one that didn't wobble. Ordered a coffee cake and took 5 minutes to get. This was at 6am and I was only one in the store. Turned out they placed it by drive thru. Not up to Starbucks standards. Service training needed here.

Had an alright experience at this Starbucks location. The baristas were friendly, but took longer than expected to make two drinks. The lines for the drive thru were too long so we decided to go in and order. It's your typical Starbucks so don't expect anything different unless you're in California (my home) where they're much bigger. I also appreciated how well the iced drinks were shaken. Usually my green tea latte isn't shaken well, but they did a great job making sure there wasn't a lot of green tea left at the bottom of my drink.

Not a fan at all of this Starbucks- crowded, dirty, the manager was downright mean and insulting for no good reason- I go downtown when I need a fix- much nicer service and atmosphere-

Recently moved to this area and tried this Starbucks twice. Both times I've been disappointed by it, both times there were flies bothering us, and both time it was so warm inside as to cut our much needed coffee break short. Also, both times very messy and just an overall sense of clutter. Will try again later but not optimistic by it. Plenty of help behind counter that it should be spotless, but too much silliness and banter going on with staff.
