My family and I stopped here on our way back to Butte. The workers here were friendly, were patient and did not have a tone of attitude in their voice. The food we got was super hot and quite good. The lady who might of been the owner, not sure, helped us find a route on a map (we're from Washington) that we needed to go through to get where we wanted. She was helpful! I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of our food!

Go to the one on Prospect, it's like 5 minutes away and way better in everyday. I think our hamburger was and hour old at least....

We stopped here on a road trip. Had good memories of eating at DQ years ago. Well this place stomped on us and our memories with both feet. I understand that young people get their first experience with serving customers at fast food places. So let's overlook that. What was appalling was the store manager. While waiting to order, and even when seated at our table, we could hear him yelling - LOUDLY - at his young staff. Then when we waited way too long for our order and spoke with him. Instead of apologizing politely he blamed his "new guy" forgot to cook your fries. Really? Excuses and blame? How about this: when you realized our order would be delayed, you come out, tell us the wait will be longer and apologize. They are just kids working their first paying job. As the manager, you should be much more professional and learn some customer service skills.

This Dairy Queen placed an extra ice cream that they made by accident into the freezer for later resale to an unsuspecting customer. That is just not right. On the bright side, however, they managed to procure two perfect large chocolate/vanilla swirl ice cream cones. Overall, this is your average DQ. Just beware that the staff is inclined to take shortcuts that may result in a subpar order on the consumer end.

Out of the two locations in Helena, this one is closest to me, so naturally I used to go there. I was treated rudely every time. All employees seem to be teenagers (not a problem usually) but these guys have obviously never been taught politeness. When I say rudely, I mean extremely. I've given them many chances. The drive across town is more than worth it to hit the other one.

Watch for chicken sandwichs to be cooked thoroughly. Used drive in, so called them after I threw it away. Let them know it was raw in the middle, might want to be careful about that. Should of talked to manager, didn't want anything, other to let them know. Its to bad won't be going back
