We came out from yellow stone national park. The food here is unexpected good. Very authentic Chinese food! Missed it. People there are super friendly too. They helped us cooked our own beef for our long road trip. Definitely recommend anyone who want to try authentic Chinese food.

This is quite possibly the worst Asian restaurant I have ever been to. In fact to refer to this as a true Asian restaurant would be a lie, Panda Expresses more authentic than this place. The food honestly was pretty bad I could taste more MSG which is quite impressive than anything else. The water I ordered to drink tasted like a came straight out of the toilet. For whatever reason it's 96° out and they don't have air conditioning in the restaurant or at least if they do they've decided not to use it. I would recommend going to McDonald's over this place in all honesty. Yes the food is really that bad. Not only is the flavors way off but it is so Americanized that I'm honestly surprised I did not see a stir fried hamburger. I promise that I will never come back to this place I don't usually make the same mistake twice.

Lunch buffet has a good variety and food is typical, decent, but I felt $12 for lunch was a bit steep, maybe I'm just cheap! Service is OK but nothing extraordinary. Meh....

My favorite place to go for great, inexpensive, Chinese food. (Also, the portions are gigantic! I never go home without a "doggy" bag.)

My family went on a road trip to Yellowstone recently and we had gone days just eating American food. Not that American food is bad, you know, but my family (being Asian; we're from Taiwan) REALLY missed Chinese food. My cousin from Taiwan was actually feeling kind of sick from the daily doses of American food. So coming here was a bit of a solace for us. (Oh yeah, and we're from Seattle, so we have pretty high expectations of Asian food. Might be worth keeping in mind while reading this review) The restaurant is very big, probably to accommodate for the buffet on the weekends (I believe). We were the first ones there for lunch, and the server (a Chinese woman) saw us and started speaking to us in Cantonese. We switched to Mandarin Chinese and she adapted nicely. I can appreciate that she would speak a language/dialect she is more unfamiliar with to make us more comfortable. She recommended us some food, which was a welcome gesture. Our party of six was not very hungry, so we just ordered 4 dishes. As we ordered in Chinese (and I don't know much Chinese), I can't really tell you the names of the dishes we ordered. We got a vegetable dish, two seafood dishes, and my favorite fried salt & pepper pork chops. We waited quite a bit, especially for Chinese food (it doesn't take long to cook), which was a bit puzzling considering we were the only ones in the restaurant. The woman's kids were in there too, and so it was a bit noisy. No music, either. The food was okay. It was kind of salty, and the pork chops were dry. Scallops and shrimp here are pretty good, though. I personally don't think the portions are that big; I've seen bigger. The just-okay food combined with the wait would make me hesitant to come to this restaurant again. I might consider coming here for the buffet though, if I ever stop by Montana again. It may be worth a try if you have some extra time on your hands and are really desperate for Chinese food.

We have searched for a good Chinese restaurant in Montana and finally found it just off Continental Way by the mine. Leslie, owner with her husband, offers a great menu with the food to back it up. We have eaten at many Chinese restaurants, including New York City and San Francisco. The Four Seasons dishes can compete with any of them. And, they have a buffet on Friday night and Sunday brunch. We will eat at Four Seasons as often as we can! Hint: try their chicken with black bean sauce. It is one of the best ever.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
