Traveling thru and needing a good meal after a long day. This was a great ending! Regina was my waitress and she did a great job! The was exactly as I ordered it. Which, on this road trip was impossible. The food was cooked to order. The filet and lobster was delish! This evening gets four stars was an honable mention for five stars.

Terrible wait time for table and for server and for food. Can't I shine ever coming back here....ever. I do not understand how this establishment justifies its pricing but has such terrible service. Only one little blonde girl server seemed to be do anything at all while all the others just moped about. Jeez.

I would not recommend eating here given the great food choices in town. Service was poor and food was not much better.

I think the biggest issue with this location is the service. I've never been to a restaurant with such slow waitstaff. There have been times where we never received any bread or refills. They also seem to be a bit lazy when taking orders. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce, onions, and pickles only. My burger came out with everything on it, including a garish amount of yellow mustard. The patty itself was fine, but the mustard cut through any flavor that was there. I believe their prices have also gone up recently. A 6oz piece of slightly charred meat is certainly not worth $30. I'll gladly return when they train their waitstaff.

They always deliver your basic meals. It's fresh and the price point is reasonable They have all sorts of combination and it's a family friendly place. We had a steak double hamburger blooming onion rings and the sides. They know how to handle the airlines food vouchers. Make sure the airlines validate the voucher before they give them to you. Vendors need all the numbers. The staff was very nice and attentive up for this place.

They weren't that busy but the service was pretty slow. The waitress obviously knew some of the people she was waiting on, and spent all her time talking to them. Not very professional. Food was average, my steak was closer to rare than how I ordered it. They used to include 2 sides, now it's only one for close to the same price.

They were busy on Friday early evening had to wait but maybe only 10 minutes. Server came by about 10 minutes after we were seated to get appetizer and drink order and almost walked away before we could tell him we were ready to order. Salads came out quickly. Wife ordered soup along with prime rib. They brought prime rib out, under done, before the soup then forgot the soup. My double burger was under done and had onions which I requested none. They took it back and remade it. Got it back done properly, with fries which I requested none. Asked for more bread, he returned with one but no butter so we had to ask for more. Kept trying to get some horseradish but every time he or anyone else came by they were in such a hurry we had no time to say anything until finally she got his attention and received some It seemed as if they were only focused on turnover and not service or food quality. This is the first time I've had any issues here so hopefully nobody else experiences this. Food was good once is was correct. A person who I assume is management came by to apologize for the burger issue and offered cheesecake, which would almost kill me (he couldn't have known) so we refused and decided it best to let it be, let it be.

After digging my heels into the dirt and arguing with my husband about where to go to dinner for an hour, I finally caved. Outback Steakhouse it was. I wanted a quality experience, he wanted a more family-friendly experience... The last time we were here, I made a promise to myself that I'd never go here again. The food was horrid and the service was even worse. It wasn't bad upon arrival; there was a door-greeter that opened the doors for us, then a friendly hostess who then passed us off to another gentleman to be seated, followed up by our waitress. Phew! Once seated, our waitress came about with another waitress shadowing her (obviously training). Our waitress was an older lady who reminded me of the crotchety old cafe waitress. She wasn't rude, but was pushing us along to make fast decisions with drinks, dinner, dessert, etc. Food arrived and my husband's "medium rare" steak was bloody. My lobster was no bigger than a crayfish (see picture), and my kids' mac & cheese noodles were undercooked and the cheese has solidified on top of them like they had been sitting under a food warmer for about 20 minutes. I was in no mood for arguing with the waitress or sending things back only to wait forever, I wanted the experience to be over as soon as possible. Not impressed, and yet I still wonder how that place manages to fill up on a Sunday night...? If I can help it, I won't be coming back. Things that could make it better: - a chef that knows what the hell he is doing - servers with a pleasant demeanor - good food

The food was awful. We called in an order they said it would be ready in 20 min we waited 50 min For being a "steakhouse" the steaks were terrible. I don't recommend this place save your money.

I was surprised to see the outback at a two reading. I have ate at many outbacks in the past and had good results. This outback was not really busy, but I had to ask to order. I had to ask for bread and silverware. Service was poor and vegetables were soggy. Ahi had so much pepper on it you could not taste the fish Would not eat here again.

GREAT service, Awesome food. Had the seared Ahi tuna for an app. It was so good! I dream about it. Steaks cooked perfect, pace was amazing. Great experience over all!

Ahahaha. You pretty much know what to expect with an Outback Steakhouse sandwiched between hotels and the highway, but this one did not have things under control. We asked for a pitcher of beer...Nope, no pitchers. Okay, how about big glasses of your draft beers....Sure, sure (walk away, walk back) Sorry, no, none of our draft beers are available. Ummm, okay, give me a dirty martini. And then: What kind of salad dressing would you like? Italian. We don't have Italian, how about Tangy Tomato? Ummm sure. Tangy Tomato it is. It turns out Tangy Tomato=French. It was a good thing I got a salad too, because something in the kitchen broke down (microwave?), and everyone else's food took forever to arrive and then appeared overcooked. Even though the restaurant was having a bad day, I am still giving it 3 stars, probably because my humor was up after the martini arrived, and also because you know what you are getting into at an Outback. The only thing Australian is the pouchy marsupial gut you are likely to leave with.

Less than 1 Star...the coconut shrimp were served under cooked...we sent them back to the kitchen. The owner cooked the remaining 6.5 shrimp and resent to the table....less than 0 class. We tried again and still not great...to boot charged for bad food...service by Josh was great...we will not be returning.

Awesome experience! Sandy was our waitress and she was really great. The food was great, and the showcase special was absolutely awesome. I am a really picky eater and this place was honestly the best outback I've ever been to. Thanks guys!

I LOVE the Bloomin' Onion! My problem is that it gets mushy when I order it for take out. But I always order my Bloomin' Onion in the restaurant. I order takeout when I have a smaller crowd (like my boyfriend and I or something) because I have found the restaurant to be quite busy at times and I am not a huge fan of eating in a loud restaurant. When I am with say, 3+ friends I find it a great place to have fun and eat delicious food. But I order take out all the time! I love being able to choose my sides and the exact way to have my steak. Never had a problem with ordering my food! Love that they have curbside delivery as well; definitely awesome when it is -20 outside. The waiters seem to be in a good mood most of the time so it makes pick up a lot more fun. Definitely the best place to get a steak in a chain restaurant!

We waited for almost 5 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Our food came out cold, despite the fact that there were only about 3 or 4 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Our appetizer (cheesy fries) came out nearly burnt from sitting under the heat lamp for so long. Our waitress, although very nice, wore too much perfume, disturbingly too much. I ordered the seared ahi tuna, that came out with the texture of cold jerky. The steak was cold as well. I'll allow 1 star because the Bloody Marys were great (I needed several) and they took the ahi tuna off of our bill.

Decided to give the Outhouse one more try. I mentioned that they had raised their prices and, they've done so again. Now, when you order the Outback special which previously consisted of a steak and two sides, you only get one side. They charge $3.99 for the second. Not realizing this, we ordered the usual and were shocked to see the bill, almost $36.00 for a meal we were paying 20 something for. Not only that, but this time, even the salads were lousy, mostly lettuce. I had to look really hard to find the one cherry tomato. Adios Outback, you won't see me again

"Undercooked Steaks and Overcooked Seafood" should be Outback's slogan. The following happened in January, just realized it never posted on here. I ordered a 9 oz sirloin steak Medium Rare and was served an extremely undercooked piece of meat. It looked almost exactly like the tuna in picture 12: cold, purple, and bloody. I am not a squeamish person when it comes to food but I expect a steak to be prepared to menu specifications: "Medium Rare - Warm red center". Upon bringing it to the attention of my waiter, he promptly took it back to have it cooked longer. The head waitress brought it back and she asks me to try it again in front of her. With no silverware at hand and her not offering to get a new set, I had to use the table bread knife to cut into the steak which was now super tough, shriveled, and burnt on the outside. I was not impressed by whatever they did to it (microwave it for a few seconds on low and grill it to char it?) and she didn't care to take any further action. Her excuse was that outback always cooks their steaks a full temperature lower than everybody else and that it wasn't the restaurant's fault. Food isn't like clothing sizes, there is a reason the USDA sets temperature guidelines for cooking meat. The waiter then comes back to the table with our check and offers us a free blooming onion for our next visit. What is it with restaurants acting like the customer always wants a handout if their food isn't cooked right? All people want is the restaurant to acknowledge the mistake and to fix the problem. Throwing coupons at the customer and acting like there isn't a problem is a really poor practice. After asking our waiter for the head manager, apparently a guy named Dominic, we end up talking to one of the kitchen staff instead. We told him our problem again... He gave us the same spiel that they cook steaks different than everybody else and also noted that their kitchen only has TWO microwaves in it. After realizing that the manager wasn't going to show his face, we made the decision to pay our bill and leave. No more Outback Steakhouse for us!

We have eaten here many times before. Very disappointing. My potato was cold and my steak was supposed to be medium and it was almost well done. Hard to cut and chew. Service was ok. Was better before not sure what happened. Will be a long time before we go back. It's a shame.

The food is always great at outback, but Austin was the best server I've ever had.

Service was terrible and food below par for a meal for two just under $100 - so not worth the price.

Really love the Outback Steakhouse. We normally have dinner but on this occasion I took my two boys to lunch...because YES our local Outback is now open for weekend lunches!! LOVE that! And we had the BEST experience ever! Not only was there plenty of tables available and NO WAIT like a regular Friday evening, but we our server, Danny, was incredible! Will be returning for sure!
