Horrible service. Unprofessional workers. Lots of cursing and overall inappropriate conversation. However, the food is good. You can tell most of them hate their jobs and just get by doing the bare minimum. Theres a female employee with red hair who's very nice and another male employee named Sam who's awesome as well. Just a heads up, lower your expectations before going here.

After a long night of hanging out, we came here for breakfast and it was horrible. STAY AWAY! McDonalds breakfast is better. I dont eat much but the portions were enough for a 3 yr old kid. This is the first time I have ever been out to breakfast and I left hungry. To top it off, we were served half of the food at a time. Living in Chicago makes me appreciate eating all of your food at one time.. "Southern hospitality"-- yeah right.. Go kicks rocks!

Service sucked did not get drinks till we got our food . I didn't get my waffle till we were ready to pay and we never got refills the grill cook was unprofessional and rude and our server did not want to be there Judging from her attitude usually I don't have to much bad to say about the waffle houses in our area but we will not be coming back to this one

Great place to late night. Food is just all around decent. Nothing amazing except for the "All Star Special" because of the price and all the food you get with it.

The worst service I have ever recieved in my life!! I thought my service was bad the first time I came, but this second time, things could not have been worse!! And to top it off, I waited at the cashier booth to pay my bill for 27 minutes while employes walked past looking at me, and my waitress was nowhere to be found because she "was on break". I'm usually always a good tipper, but the people apparently don't believe in working for tips. I will not be coming back to this location ever again!

Service was horrible waited 20 minutes for drinks then when the food came out no server or manager came by the table, we sat with empty glasses for another 20 minutes until we had to stop the server to bring our check. This wouldn't bother me if they were busy but there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant and the manger ,who I thinks name was Steve, informed me there were only 2 people working he would make 3 but was doing nothing to help the staff or customers and when I told him the service was bad I was told to eat somewhere else from now on, which I agreed to happily. I have eaten at that location 2 to3 times a week for a long time and it has had a few problems in the past but they have always worked to make it better but when management is rude and above helping the staff or customers when they need help or guidance it's going to effect every staff members morale and money in the service industry.
