The daily special is $6.50 and comes with soup, rice, and an egg roll. The food here is phenomenal, though the portion size is comparatively small to other asian restaurants. The couple that owns H2O are dedicated to their store, and one or the other (or both) are working long hours every day, turning out consistently delicious food. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but going for the special is never a bad idea.

Authentic Vietnamese food. Casual dining room. Very homey. Menu is a little limited, but there are only two people there working to keep it authentic, so deal with a short wait, read The Local Voice and enjoy your meal when it arrives!!!

Good service but the food disappointed. I would rather had eaten at a vendor in the mall than go back. Flavor and portions to price was not up to par.

GROSS! As a Vietnamese person, I definitely know my way around Vietnamese/Asian cuisine, and I can definitely say, I do NOT like this place! If I recall correctly from my conversation with the owner, she is actually Chinese, but lived in Vietnam (or vice versa). Sweet lady with nice service, which is probably one of the few reasons why I did not give this place 1 star. The pho here is horrible. It is a watered down version of the true authentic pho broth, and you can definitely taste that it has been made beforehand, frozen, thawed, and re-heated. I expect pho broth to be rich and soothing in flavors, accompanied by a fresh and bountiful array of mint, cilantro, and basil... Wishful thinking. I also tried their rice lunch specials here, which I would much rather order if I found myself here for some reason. Not really authentic Vietnamese (more-so Chinese), but it is Asian nonetheless. I hear that there are actually a number of people that enjoy eating here due to their low prices and sweet service. However, whenever my friends and I want true authentic Vietnamese home-cooking, we trek our way to Memphis and get the real deal!

THIS PLACE ROCKS! The staff is super friendly, and have a lot of passion for what they do. They have really awesome daily specials that are at a great price for the amount of food you get. I recommend the Pho, especially since it's the only restaurant with in two hours of oxford where you can Pho, it is definitely worth trying. The slight down side are the beverages, you can only get bottled/canned beverages and there is no free water or fountain drinks.

This place soothes my soul. It's highly organized and colorful--count one paper lantern per ceiling tile--and the menus on the wall are handwritten and perfectly aligned... I don't know why this makes me feel better. The owners are your server and cook--always friendly and your food comes super fast and to your table. Portions are small, but a special runs everyday and you're only paying 5.50 per plate with rice, egg roll and entree. Their beverages are all bottled 24oz for some reason. That and the portions kind of gets to me, but the food is great--sesame chicken is quite spicy and tender--never like a dried out hull I've gotten elsewhere. And, get this: it was a kid's birthday, and the owner brought out chinese donuts for him. I bought my own for 1.50. And, I've never been charged for a fortune cookie. The daily specials are worth it.

When i do take-out Chinese its from here. My favorite is their Mongolian beef with noodles.
