Delish sushi! I was spoiled to start eating sushi at Nagoya. I don't think it's expensive at all for sushi. My favorite roll is the Dynamite, but I do love the Spicy Tuna and Snow Crab. They always serve you delicious, complimentary miso soup every time you eat there along with a hot towel before your meal. After moving to Nashville,whenever I'm in Madison or Oxford I try to visit Nagoya. No sushi place in Nashville can fill the Nagoya size hole in my heart. Also a great place to eat hibachi if you're looking to eat and spend a little more.

Quality of food was very bad. The roll looked like it was just put together with no passion for what they do. I can get better sushi at Krogers.

Nagoya was a regular hot spot for us when we lived in Madison We came back for a visit and were very disappointed by the change. We sat outside and the patio was filthy. The food quality and portions have gone downhill fast. Perhaps they have had a change in ownership. That would explain everything. I am not planning to go back.

I always get sushi here. The service is great, and the sushi is very good. I recommend either the Rock-N-Roll or the Dynamite Roll.

Grabbed lunch here on a weekeday with 2 other people. The atmosphere was nice enough with a very good crowd. The hibachi side was almost empty, we ordered off the menu. Having enjoyed Japanese food for many years in a large asian community this was average. Considering the high cost, for a lunch in this area, it may even bring it down a half star. Most lunch options were $9 or more with no smaller offerings, only combos. I ordered udon which came with salad and tempura. Udon was very hot, and tasted very good. The tempura was good the salad had too much dressing and it was a sweet concotion, similar to a soy dressing but not. My mother ordered Donburi and it was the worst I've ever had anywhere. The gravy was simple American brown packet gravy and a LOT of it. Like, GOO GOBS ! Service was fine. I will not be going back, definitely have better options in Jackson area.

The Jackson lifers disagree, but I say Nagoya is the best sushi in town! I've eaten sushi in many major cities, and Nagoya holds its own. Pricey? Yeah, a bit. But your paying for quality - quality fish and ingredients, quality presentation. You can't go wrong at either location!

Best Sushi I've had in Mississippi. Reasonable prices. I'm real big on Sushi being from the coast. I was impressed to see they have both types of eel - fresh and saltwater.

I went in to get some sushi to go. My wife and I were on our way to a movie. I asked the manager how long it would take. He told me twenty minutes. 35 minutes later I was late for the movie and asked how much longer it would be. He told me to go to Mcdonalds next time. I almost came over the counter. I decided to use the pen instead of the sword. The food is good buy don't spend your money with these jerks. Plenty of other sushi places just as good and 1000 times better service.

Good food and a great cooking show ... lots of fun, but kinda pricey ... Yoko's in Brandon is better and cheaper.
