very friendly and helpful staff. enjoyed really good food (BBQ) the sides left a little to be desired. Mac and cheese was not fresh and a little cold and hard. okra was super fresh and hot baked beans like any other.

The food was fine, the service was HORRIBLE. They were literally talking about my husband and I behind the counter with a mocking tone. We ordered a large order of brisket to-go, and according to the menu it's cheaper to buy it whole (not sliced or chopped) so we asked for it whole. We even clarified our order 3 times, and they couldn't even give an excuse as to why we were charged the higher price. They kept making fun of us like we were stupid while they were chopping our brisket. Employees need to learn the menu and learn how to respect the customers.

Just not very pleasing. The ribs were extremely small and had a very odd flavor. The pulled pork didn't have any smoke flavor or smell to it. Overall, small portions of sub-par BBQ for to high of a price. You're better off to go somewhere else.

This BBQ chain serves good BBQ but only average in my experiences. Nothing memorable but I have had worst. Not many dining options in Laurel especially with BBQ. So if you have a BBQ craving you get get it settled here unless you are a BBQ connoisseur.

I couldn't remember the last time we had this for dinner, so I decided to pick some tonight via drive-thru. What a bad idea!! I ordered the rib plate with coleslaw and mac and cheese, and got my boyfriend the Spicy Cheese Sausage plate with jalapeno beans and waffle fries (we both actually wanted green beans, but they were out). I was not asked for a drink or what kind of BBQ sauce I wanted. Once I paid, the wait time began. No one checked on me until the very end when an employee walked past the window and saw me with a surprised look. It was obvious that they forgot about me. Shortly after, a lady opened the window to tell me it would be another minute and they were just waiting for the fries. After 20 minutes, I finally got my food. I live about a mile down the road, so it didn't take long for me to get home and dig in. However, the food was cold! The ribs were lukewarm, still tough, and not flavorful in the least. The sausage tasted like baby food in a casing. It was just mushy and DISGUSTING. Also, no pickles and onions came with either meals. But that was quickly overlooked due to the poor quality of the rest of the food. The mac and cheese was cold, coleslaw not fresh, and baked beans tasted like straight chili powder. But the waffle fries were hot! Now I remember why we don't eat here much. The service (or lack thereof) needs to be retrained. The food tasted horrible and felt like an after thought. So that's what $23 looks like in the trash. I will not be coming back.
