Full disclosure up front: I am a Wing-Stop fan. I've eaten at 4 different Wing-Stop restaurants in 3 states. We have a W-S in the town where we live and eat there regularly, so when we stopped at BWW on a recent road trip I was eager to compare the experience. First the wings. My expectations were low for BWW. A few years ago I tried BWW. Maybe it was because the store was newly opened, maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen, but that day, at that location the food was terrible. This experience was completely different! The boys and I shared 4 different wing flavors and they were all good. The "hot" was very comparable to W-S "original hot", though maybe slightly hotter. I thought the "desert heat" dry rub was just OK. The flavor was too subtle. I most enjoyed the "Caribbean jerk". The flavor was sweet, hot, spicy all at the same time. Deliciously complex. Overall the quality of the wings was just as good as W-S, though it will take a few more trips to see if they can be as incredibly consistent as W-S. The dining experience was great. There were over 60 TVs going while we ate, along with a jukebox of great tunes playing at a pleasant volume. I hate to say W-S is more like fast-food, since the quality is exceptionally high, but there is no table service there, and a large part of the business is geared toward carry-out. Overall the dining experience at BWW was better than W-S. I look forward to catching a Monday Night game at BWW soon.

It's your typical bww ..... Overpriced, semi edible food, and loud atmosphere.... Oh except the laurel one has less than service... It's like negative service

Thank goodness! Buffalo Wild Wings finally opened here in Laurel over the weekend. I've only been in the BWW in Hattiesburg, but this place was awesome! It was really nice and big on the inside, great design, lots of sports memorobilia on the walls, my husband loved the Bret Favre autographed football jersey in the entrance. It was kind of busy, but a good busy, not so crowded that it was uncomfortable, but perfect for people watching and hanging out. The bar area is pretty cool, spacious, and they have servers at both the tables and along the bar for food and drinks. The best part about the place is the wings and the beer, both of which are amazing! 20 beers on tap, which I think is about 5 times that at Applebees... Tons of tv's, also huge projector screens. Good music, good food, good atmosphere, fun place to hang out in general. There's a really cool porch too, where you can sit outside and get served, but didn't check it out this time cuz of the heat, but there are fans out there and tvs too. Will definitely check it out next time, which will be in a couple of days! We will definitely be coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings a lot!

After waiting nearly 10 minutes in the bar area with no service and filthy tables all around us, we decided to leave. My husband talked to a manager And we were seated in the main dining room. Even with a good waiter, we waited another 7 or 8 minutes for two draft beers. Nachos came out quickly so my guess is the bar is where the issue lies here. We watched a bachelorette party of 6 girls came in around the same time as we did. We watched them walk out shortly after we were seated in the dining area. Biggest complaint beyond the HORRIBLE service was all the tables around us that had glasses and dirty serving dishes all over them. No one seemed to be taking the initiative to bus tables. It was overall a very unpleasant experience. It was 10pm when they closed at midnight and only five or six tables in the whole place actually had customers. The rest were full of trash. We have eaten at BWW all over the country and hands down this is the worst.

Even with limited food options in Laurel, MS, this Buffalo Wild Wings was in the middle of the pack. Granted, I'm a vegetarian, so BWW is never my first choice, but even the salad section of the menu had limited options. I ended up getting an order of spinach and artichoke dip, which was only lukewarm by the time it arrived at my table. I think it was supposed to come with veggies in addition to the pita chips, but they never showed up. At the end of the day, if I'm going to pay $7 and change for an appetizer, I'm better off going somewhere else. At least they have tvs and a decent beer selection?

Love me some BWW, but the prices are ridiculous. I would eat there more often if i didn't leave with a $20+ ticket every time. BUT, the drinks and atmosphere are well worth the visit!

I just ate there and sat at the bar. I ordered the boneless wings with Parmesan Garlic. About half the wings were so hard I couldn't cut them with a knife. The bartender never asked how the meal was. The only reason I ate there was because BWW was beside the hotel. I should've ventured out.

I am not a typical BWW fan. If you are you will like this place. It's good for Laurel to have a place like this for a sports bar option.

Typical bww. Service really slow. More waitresses sitting with their boyfriend chatting than working.

this is your basic franchise wing place - just like all the others. the wings are obviously frozen pre cooked. you would think if they specialize in wings they would be fantastic - they are not, just basic wings - no wonder they offer many sauces. they have a good selection of beers and are served cold. service is slow but the cute country girls smile and make it better. I spent $50, 1 beer, snack wings, steak wrap, 2 jacks and tip. seems high

I rolled into BWW one night and strutted up to that bar and met a man named Frank Cannon who was the drink master son. Not only did this fool leave me in stitches so bad I could barely knock out these wonder liquids he was serving, but he hooked me up quick like The Flash and Superman having a foot race. Now let me tell you something about these hella good wings. My server was Olivia she was more helpful than that windows paper clip in Microsoft word homie. We chatted and I got the Asian zing style boneless wings( how they do that I don't even know). Let me tell you something, if you don't like those wings then you need to re-evaluate those taste buds bro....

This was my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever and it will surely be my last. I was just curious what the hype was about. While the SAUCE on my wings was good (spicy garlic) the wings needed to be crispier. My husband's wings are SOOOO much better. Every last bit of the rest of the fried crap on the menu tasted the same. No vegetables were offered except for "savory" salads (what an oxymoron!) I don't eat out at restaurants to order a salad. The chicken in our quesadillas was downright gross. Since I was so hungry, I tried to drown out the taste with sour cream. Afterwards my hands reeked of that nasty oil from the fried foods.

My wife and I came through Laurel, MS going to and coming from South Carolina. We decided to eat here going to SC. We stopped in and wanted wings and some beer. I wish I could remember our waitress's name. She was very helpful. She suggest we try a local beer. It was to die for. It was a pecan beer. Everything was great. We liked to so much a week later on the way back home to Texas we stopped there again and had the same waitress. The manager came over to check on us and we told him how wonderful our waitress was. He was very nice and talked with us for a while. We learned that earlier that day their region people had been through. So in a round about way his talking to use was his break. All and all an excellent experience. I would recommend this BWW to anyone in the area.
