Quite easily the nastiest dining experience I've ever had. From the nauseating odor to the hard sale technique and the shameless treatment of patrons as revenue generators I've never felt so degraded down to a walking wallet than at this establishment. From the minute you walk down that corridor to the first person who tries to upsell you on the ribeye, there really isn't a genuine smile in sight. When you do choose what you want the lady will quite literally plop the food on the plate and throw it at you with a look of disdain like she's feeding her pigs. Once you slowly plod your way to the cash register, and after enduring the thorough stares of disappointment from several other ladies behind the counter, as you didn't pile on more plates, they tally it up give you a receipt. The minute you sit down your "waiter " will come by in an attempt to garner a tip. It was so clear how inauthentic his concern was. I asked another waiter who was more present a question, and she walked by at least a dozen times, and not a single peep, even with 3 reminders. Why? Well because she knew I wasn't going to tip her so why bother, that became stunningly obvious on the 3rd attempt. That's the point that got me thinking, what the fuck is wrong with this place? After your meal, the lady at the cash register will quite frankly and forcefully say "tip on the card or on the table" as if it is required. Now from what I understand tip is based on service. Anyway I left a few dollars just to save me the headache. I hope this place gets its act together. Treat customers like people. Maybe it's management, maybe if they treated their employees with respect they wouldn't feel the need to treat customers like pigs. Just a conjecture, but seriously, this place was absolutely nasty.
