If you have not been to the Lost Pizza in Jackson in the last week or so, I would highly recommend going, even if you've been before. The staff has had a complete overhaul and the dining experience at Lost Pizza is wonderful. The food arrives quickly and pipping hot with friendly service. My personal favorite is the Happy Hippy.

Ordered takeout pizza and was very underwhelmed. Perhaps it was my mistake for ordering the thick crust, but all three of us said it was just too much crust. And it was too expensive for what we received. Just a totally bland first experience, and we won't be ordering from then again. Pizza Shack for the win!

Ate here tonight for the first time. Pizza is literally the one thing that I would give my life for, so I was pretty upset with my experience here. For starters, you cannot choose 2 halves of specialty pizzas. So if you fall inlove with 2 specialty choices---tough luck, you gotta eliminate one of them unless you want to order a separate pizza. We ended up trying the Kujo, which was pretty much a glorified supreme pizza--and it tasted amazing, but you could get the same exact thing for half the price at Papa Johns. So, I'd suggest trying some other specialty--- unfortunately, I eliminated the wrong choice. However, the service was very friendly. It was dead for a Saturday night. There was only 1 other occupied table besides us. They have plenty of TVs and an okay beer selection, so this would be a nice place to grab some pizza and watch some football. This place is great if you are craving just pizza... But if you want something extraordinary, I'd suggest other pizza options in the Jackson area.

I saw a billboard on the interstate today that said "Lost Pizza Company: Voted Best Pizza in Mississippi" As you know, Mississippi has a long and well documented history of voting issues. This is no exception. In summary, this pizza is not any good, and the price is too high to allow it another star. I tried this location because someone gave me a $10 gift certificate. This was nice, certainly, but does not factor into the review. This review reflects my last visit (i've visited two locations a couple of times) which will be my last visit. They did honor a military discount for my friend, but the price was still surprisingly high, $18+ for a large two topping pizza! Giving the order was the first hassle, the server behind the counter did not seem interested in taking orders and was slow to comprehend that I wanted mushrooms and sausage on the same pizza. The restaurant was moderately busy, but there were tables that did not get cleaned the entire time I was there. A waitress was doing a bit to clean tables, but if they had been much busier, this would have created a bottleneck somewhere. And then the pizza came out. You know sometimes when your food comes out and you smell it and you know everything is going to be ok? That doesn't happen here. The toppings all appeared overcooked, not quite burnt, but definitely dried out and on their way to burnt. They had no flavor. The lack of flavor probably explains the lack of smell, as smell is a big part of the experience of taste. The pizza is doughy, not in a good way. I would compare it roughly to a bad experience at Dominoes. The decor is just too kitschy to take seriously. A few possibly mitigating factors: management is very nice and does seem concerned with improving the restaurant. They seemed a bit understaffed on my visits, we're in an incredibly tight labor market right now (have you seen the BLS Survey?) and with fast casual restaurants at their busiest in years, bus boys are probably in short supply. The place could certainly be cleaner and smoother running with another person working. That being said, this is not enough to raise my opinion of the store and I will not be going back.

Seven of us went for lunch; the food was decent but the service sucked! Each person's food was brought out separately over the course of 45 minutes, and the last guy in our group had to get his to go because we were late to get back to work. At least they refunded the cost of his meal and gave us $60 worth of gift cards (that's why the 2 stars; if they hadn't done that I'd have given them 1 or 0!) They need to tighten up or they won't be in business long.

Boyfriend and I love allllll kinds of pizza....EXCEPT Lost Pizza Co. Came here bc I had a $10 coupon. Ordered fried ravioli...absolutely terrible. We each got individual pizzas and both were so bad. Bad bad bad. Everything tasted like it came straight out of the freezer. Even my $10 off coupon could not lessen the profound displeasure that was this experience. I guess I should at least note that atmosphere was good and guy taking our order at counter was nice.

My favorite pizza joint in Jackson, great service and good food, I really like the Lucille pizza and the Mississippi Delta Tamales, nice ambiance with vintage signage and blues playing in the background.

Excellent pizza, prices, and customer care. Service was the best. Wait staff is friendly and quick to satisfy patrons. We will definitely come back here and recommend it to our family & friends. We had a party of seven. There was a minor error in my order (thin crust wanted, got thick crust). They quickly replaced it with the correct pizza and also insisted we take the other one home "on the house."

In less than a year, the bottom has fallen out of this place. Portion size, food quality, correctness of order, and cleanliness of the facility and the staff have all been embarrassing the last 3 times I've visited. Not to mention this is the most inefficient group of human beings I've ever seen, so don't expect to ask for anything and have it brought to you/corrected within 15 minutes or so.

This location just opened in Jackson and it was jam packed with pizza wing and beer lovers. The food was fresh and prepared very well. I had The Oatis and added jalapeños. The toppings and the crust were both great. I also had Jamaican jerk wings. They were great!!!!! Service was great and I am glad to have this establishment in my neighborhood!!!

I got take out pizza from here for the family and I while passing through town. I went and picked it up and the place looked like a good place to bring the family or a group. I did not have time to partake, but they had a nice selection of craft beers and it looked like they had some good gourmet pizzas to choose from. I wish I would have known this before hand, I would have reviewed and probably would have gotten one. We all liked what we ordered, 1/2 sausage and the other half sausage, pepperoni and onion.

Since Lost Pizza opened we have tried eating here at least five times. Every single time our order or takeout order has been wrong. We tried it again one last time. Well, it took forever for our order to finally come (we ate at 5:30 to avoid the Friday night crowds) and when it came, you guessed it, it was wrong. And for a place that is supposed to be kid-friendly they had like two high chairs in the whole place. People were holding infants and kids everywhere. Everyone around us was complaining about their orders, their food, and length of time that it took to get food. And they brought things out at different intervals. Brought out by children...and I mean children, like 5-8 years old. We won't be back.
