After a meeting the other night, I was craving pasta HARDCORE. Being a (relatively) new resident in Greenville, one of the first places I thought of was Sherman's Restaurant. I'd heard great things over the years, so I decided to go in and have a nice, sit-down dinner. I ordered the Veal Parmesean with the Fettuccine Alfredo side and a side salad. The salad was great with the tasty blue cheese dressing. The veal was perfectly cooked and I was happy to notice that the breading was crispy and not oily. The fettuccine was a little bland, but it could have been a mistaste on my part, since sinus problems will mess with your tastebuds! :-) This place was packed! There is a very high turnover rate, so I felt a little rushed - being a solo diner in a crowded place tends to make you want to hurry along so that larger parties can have your table - and at $20, I wanted to enjoy everything. The next time I go to Sherman's I'll be sure to come with a group so that I can stay a little longer and try some of the fantastic-looking deserts I saw being carried out!

Five stars! Fresh everything! Homemade bread (biscuits), great homemade steak sauce, great fish, steak, and shish ka bobs! Everything melted in our mouths, a true southern eatery! We even tried the coconut pie (made fresh today)! An institution you must check out! :)

Great local restaurant that has a true Greenville flavor. I LOVE the Friday lunch special and always order fried crab claws anytime I get the chance. Best!

Absolutely the best place to have dinner in Greenville MS. Their fish dishes are delicious and great for either dine in or carry out. Everything here is yummy, even the side salads! Perfect place to celebrate birthdays or for date night. I highly recommend!

Since I was going to be visiting the Greenville, Miss area, I was looking for a good restaurant to take the family to. Sherman's restaurant had great reviews on Yelp and so I decided to check it out and WOW! We ordered a few appetizers (fried pickles, smoked catfish cakes, fried mushrooms and cheese sticks) all was excellent. For the main entrees we enjoyed the Prime Rib, the Baby Back Ribs and the Fried Catfish And everything was FREAKIN AWESOME! I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Delta Area. You will not be disappointed. And ask for Bambi for your server, she's totally awesome.

Great food, large portions. Service is best described as "indifferent." The pastrami is awesome...with coleslaw or without. The chopped liver sandwich and potato salad are good also (I needed mayo on my sandwich though) . The desserts are to DIE for! Every time I come to PS, I havento come to Sherman's.

My family LOVES this restaurant. I love the kabob and the classic chop. Good atmosphere and great staff. I always want to go here when I visit my parents.

A must stop if your in Greenville. All the food is first class. Steaks, seafood, poboys and salads are divine. I really like the Shermans mushroom jack burger with fresh cut fries. Get the homemade honey mustard dressing on your salad.

A popular place with the locals and I can see why! Traveling through Greenville, we decided to stop at Sherman's for lunch. They have daily plate lunch specials where you get to choose from a list of home cooked meats and sides. I had the chicken fried steak, creamed potatoes, salad and baked squash. All were really great - especially the baked squash! Friendly service and a comfortable, casual atmosphere!

This place is a little pricey but the best place to eat in Greenville. Everything they offers done well and the staff is very friendly. You can't go wrong with the steak, any steak here is awesome.
