This place is horrible I took my family here we had about 25 people in our group we were eating and then I had to use the restroom and my daughter had to go also so we went while we were in the restroom and one of the working were in there pooping and she finished using the restroom and then walked out with out washing her hands she was one of the people cooking and serving the food we told the manager and he said well are not the first person to say something but he guesses he would talk to her he didn't even seem to care that's gross and to add half of my party had food poisoning but they didn't seem to care about that either I would not suggest this place for anyone.

I'm not a huge fan of this place. It is a little dingy. The sushi is questionable. Their staff always seems polite but the quality of food is subpar. If you are seriously craving Chinese this will give you your fix, but it just seems so not worth it to me. I try to stick to more vegetables than meat/grains but there are really not a lot of options when it comes to veggies here.

This place is pretty rough... The sushi is warm... and the food is VERY VERY basic american chinese food.

I've been here a couple times for the lunch buffet with some work buddies. The first time I went with a group, everyone except one person who joined us late got up to pay. As we left the owner started yelling at us about trying to get out of paying for one buffet. We pointed to the guy still sitting at the table and the owner's response was just "oh", no "Sorry for yelling at you" or anything like that. This second time we went, one guy in our group found a long black hair in his food-none of us have long black hair. One of the servers was stirring the food on the buffet and actually picked some green beans off the counter and mixed them back in. If you're looking for a cheap buffet then go here, but don't expect too much more.

I go here enough it should have a higher rating but, it's okay. I generally love to go with my family because of the open setting and the fun we have when we go. The staff is friendly and very good at cleaning off your old dishes and making sir eyou have everything you need. It's a buffet and the food is kept full and warm. The Egg Drop Soup is sooo good, and of course all the chicken dishes, rice, noodles, potatoes and so much more. I always eat to much, but so what, it's a buffet right? ha! We love the fortune cookie at the end and the unique foods they offer. Tons to choose from and dessert is abundant as well.

we ate here, I can say since there is only chinese buffet in troy it is the best one. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street. I would definitely eat at this buffet because I visited the restaurant across the street both times and it was no good. The buffet needs to keep the sushi on ice and the buffet warmer it is not hot enough.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
