Very nice Chinese food. I'll be back. Fast and clean. Crabmeat Rangoon are great. Also sweet sour chicken are good taste.

I've only eaten here twice, once in 2008 and once in November 2011. There are only two Chinese places in Perryville, and this one is no good. The first time was a disaster. I ordered General Tso's chicken for take-out and waited in the restaurant while it was prepared. The kitchen was manned by a 10 year old boy and a 17 year old boy who were busy cussing at each other over their Dungeons and Dragons game. The 17 year old finally took our order and prepared our food. My friend with me ordered something different, I can't remember what it was. But the service was egads terrible and the food...absolutely nasty. My friend and I both threw our food away and went to McDonalds. It was really that bad. And we're not picky. The second time was in Nov 2011 and it was definately a lot better. The service was fine and the staff was decent, no problems. But the food was just so-so and not worth making a point to come back. The other Chinese place in town is a buffet and FAR better.

Typical lousy Chinese food...poor deserts...kicker is that one of the workers was very inappropriate with a 7 year old boy...slapped his butt and inappropriately tickled him. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!

For a take out mainly restaurant, this place has pretty decent food. I will be back.

They got bunch of hair in their Chinese egg roll with a server who does not even understand a word of English. I'm not from here - good thing coz I will not be back!

Stopped by here with my Walmart bags in hand because I had an unshakeable desire for pan-fried noodles. I ordered pork lomein and less than 10 minutes later I was on my way with a freshly cooked mini-meal. The noodles were perfect, just greasy enough the way they should be, not soupy or goopy. The tiny pieces of pork were perfectly cooked, just a tiny bit crispy to bring out their flavor. The seasoning was mild and did not overwhelm the oil. The cooks were two middle-aged Asian men who spoke in their native language who understand what American-style Chinese take-out food should look and taste like. I'm a happy man right now.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
