I was with a party of 4 adults and two kids and no one in our party can remember the last time we had an experience at a restaurant this BAD! We ordered our food within minutes of arriving and it took over an hour to get our food. That was after multiple complaints by us and our waitress telling us "I'm sorry, I can't imagine what's going on in the kitchen, but I put your order in right away". Can you say unprofessional? We watched as at least 3 other parties came in after us, ordered, ate, paid, and left....before there was any sight of our food. The food was so-so but I'm not sure any of us expected any different from this place since all they have is run of the mill bar food anyway. I assumed the place had improved since they added this 'fabulous' patio, but I'd have to say it was worse than ever.....especially since they weren't crowded AT ALL!! The waitress also promised that she told the manager and our bill would be adjusted. So after waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the bill....it arrived with no discount. Never again will I attempt this dump.
