Coffee is fine. But stay away if you want to concentrate. This location has a loud, obnoxious girl that won't shut up while she's working. I can tell they have fun, but she is so loud and just won't stop talking!

Out of all of the rest of the Starbucks I have been to in Columbia, this one is the fastest and cleanest. Staff is friendly.

Great staff and they are very fast at preparing your food, drink, coffee, etc. The staff is very helpful.

This is a pretty decent Starbucks. The drive through is a little confusing, but I figured it out eventually. I've been here several times, getting caffeine when we do shoots in Columbia. By all accounts, it's a pretty average store. It'd get more stars, but a couple times when we were inside, I felt like our order was getting deprioritized for the drive through customers. That's fine to an extent, but it took WAY too long to get my girlfriend's drink than it should have. So, A-Ok, I'd go here again for sure.

Twenty minutes for a coffee? I've been coming here for years. Stop your weekend chit chat and looking like you OD'd on something and do what you were hired to do. If you can't do this or you don't want to, then get a job where customer service isn't an essential skill. I suggest a trash truck or maybe you can try the welfare office.

I give up on this place! Three time THIS week, the store has been out of ....not one, not two, but all three favors of bagels! Before 10 am! No apologies, no free coffee...nothing but a shrug of the shoulders and the comment, "yeah, I don't know what's up...we've been running out of those a lot lately." Get a clue and try ordering more bagels! Taking my business elsewhere. No wonder the staff needs free college tuition!

This Starbucks is at the end of a very busy strip mall in front of Wal-Mart. The sitting area is fairly small - room for about 15 people. They have a small patio with 3-4 tables. The patio is located on the front sidewalk and directly by the drive thru lane. Like others have commented the drive they lane setup is different and always busy. Usually 5-6 cars waiting for in line for service. This location does not allow you to relax with cup of coffee and have conversation inside or out. Good for a fix of coffee but better locations to dine in.

Not a fan of this starbucks. I've given it multiple chances, but ALAS! I must find a new dwelling. This place has the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered in a cafe. This last time, I waited four minutes for someone to help me, without any sort of apology. I'm a reasonable person, just don't ignore me while I obviously need to order a drink. I will be taking my starbucks business elsewhere from now on.

Somewhat slow, not very knowledgeable, drive thru is weird. But overall good atmosphere

Ok yes, there is not a shortage of coffee shops in Columbia. And yes you should support your local area owned shops. But that is the problem. A lot of people support them! Most of the coffee shops in the downtown/campus area are jammed packed with students and locals, and most don't come equipped for outlet optimality. Which is why I like this Starbucks! It is far away from campus that a lot of students don't flood the area. True there isn't a lot of seats available but most of the time there isn't anyone in there to take up all the seats. This is a nice place to go study, the coffee has always been on par (I like regular black coffee and Starbucks seems to always deliver. They also have a large outdoor space to enjoy the good weather (the short season here in Columbia).

I have only been here twice. It was nice, clean and they were efficient in making my frappacino. They had more of the leather club chairs than the location in downtown, the parking was better and they have a drive-thru! Generally, however, I am not near this location, so it is rare I use it. It is fairly convenient to the highways (I-70 and 63), so it is great for a quick hop off the highway, drive thru and back on the road.

Service here was WAYYYYY too slow considering three "baristas" were working behind the coutner and business was slow.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to! My husband and I have gone here quite a few times to give them quite a few chances (unfortunately, this is the most convenient location for us), however, they have failed us every time! They have forgotten (BOTH) of our drinks in the same visit, screwed up our orders numerous times, focus more on chatting with each other and their friends at the drive thru instead of paying attention to the store customers, and are always very rude and curt. They do occasionally make the drinks we order taste okay, but not very often. Honestly, my husband and I only return to this location because of its convenience and we have giftcards. Once the giftcards run out, though, we will definitely not be wasting our money here! I would definitely advise everyone to stay away from this location if you value good customer service and good Starbucks quality for sure!!!
