Panera is solid. It's good as always. My only complaint is that their baked goods always taste a but old so I'm not sure if they cook them there and leave them out or if their pre made and cooked.

The past couple of times I have been at this restaurant, I have had order takers that don't pay attention to what I am ordering. The food is of the upmost quality and freshness. The service always seems to be lacking, they get flustered when they get a rush of customers, or there is just one order taker to handle the rush. Also, parking is horrible at this location. The Panera Bread inside Columbia Mall is much better.

Lunch was good and didn't have any complaints about food... all are the same food wise. We were told by the lady at register that we could get a refill of green tea as long as it was the same visit. Went to get a refill and the manager Max Garett Baroli told us it's not free. We explained that we were told was free from lady who checked us out. He took cup and told us that we shouldn't have been told that and he filled the cup. He had a pissy attitude and daughter tried to explain that we didn't have to get it if he was going to give us attitude. She also said that she didn't want the employee to get in trouble for telling us that. Daughter tried to tell him how she felt she was being treated by Max Garett Baroli the manager and she asked if there was someone she could talk to above him and he said no. She asked for district manager name and he said he didn't have it and she could go online to look it up. He asked if there was anything else that he could do and she asked for an apology for how he made her feel and talking loud to her and he said he wasn't doing that at all and walked away. We asked the lady if we heard her correctly and she said yes and we told her that we didn't want her to get in trouble. I asked manager for his name and he told it to me and I repeated what I thought he said was his last name and I was wrong, then he finally said that he would write it down. I asked for district manager name and he said he didn't know it again. On the outside door it states proprietor as Brian Laupp. It's a shame when you go to a place that you are use to going to, even if in a different city, and run into crazy management. Customer service 101: don't raise your voice to customers, be polite, apologize for any confusion or misunderstandings, listen to customers when being talked to (don't hold conversation with employee next to you or walk away before they are done). And yes Max Garett Baroli did not do any of these. Don't plan on going back.

This Panera have very friendly staff! Food is always prepared right and fast! If there is a problem with your food they will make it right plus give you a bakery treat!

Saw the brutal reviews and thought I might add a dissenting, positive opinion. I am here after 1, and it is not very busy. Ordered my salad and sandwich and order was filled in ~5 minutes. Not bad, though the Paneras in NJ are about 2-3 minutes. Food was good and as expected. I have been to Paneras in at least 10 states and the food is quite consistent. This was no exception. Girl at counter took order with a smile; sweet kid. Typical Panera --good.

First of all I have had great friendly customer service every time I was here at this very busy Panera. The food is great also! I am writing this review however to publicly thank all the people that work at this location for their honesty. I left valuables at the store and am extremely grateful for their return. I don't know where to begin to properly show my appreciation other than this venue. They also have a very faithful customer in me! Thanks so much!

One of my favorite Panera locations. The staff is always friendly and the good is good. The only complaint, if you can have one, is that the wifi can be extremely slow. But it is free wifi

I went to get the pumpkin muffins they are outstanding but I ordered a sausage and egg on ciabatta bread which had no flavor whatever so ever. Very bland. The service was in chaos never seen such a mess. Customer standing in line and the people behind the counter seemed to be in panic mood. I order the muffins at one register and was told to I had to go pick up my food in another part of the building at another counter. Customers going every which way everyone seemed to be lost. The more customers came in and lined up the more panic behind the counter. I am not to sure its not the building very long and narrow doesn't seem to have a good flow for customers. Parking is horrible just horrible way to narrow when vehicles are parked on both sides of the lot.
