Hands down the best golf experience in Minnesota for a public golf course. Championship conditions, incredible staff, world class food and the patio - W-O-W! These greens are easily the best I've played all year and I can't wait until I get back to town to play. Not cheap, but most definitely worth the money for this experience with my brother and my dad. If you're planning a special occasion or want a place to bring clients, StoneRidge is easily the best in the metro. 5+ stars

A nice Course with just the Rite Amount of Challenge to it but easy enough to keep the pace up ,my only wish is that Hole #10 was a Dog Leg Rite instead of the Parking Lot ,Sorry about Yer Beamer Dude

Great course that is well maintained and offers a fantastic restaurant in Danny's Bar & Grill... It is semi-private with memberships and also public are welcome. If you are looking for a fun and challenging "links" style course, then give this one a try! Watch out for windy days and false front greens and you'll do just fine-

Beautiful, beautiful golf course! The greens and fareways are well-kept, as well as the surrounding plants to make for a picture-perfect golf outing. I was there working at an event that was held at Stoneridge, and everything went so incredibly well because of their excellent staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure our event was a success. If you're looking for a golf club to have an event, I highly recommend them!

One of my best friends had her wedding reception here and it was a flat out gorgeous venue. they set up an awesome and classy tent next to the building and everything looked really great. service was great, food was delicious. my friends and I ate brunch there the next day and it was also really delicious. I remember the bloody being also very awesome. I would probably never make it back here again because I'm never out in Stillwater... but it was a great one time event!

BRIDES BEWARE I had my wedding here in June and it was not how anyone should have to spend their wedding day, in tears! Things started going wrong early when I couldn't get ahold of nick, the wedding coordinator ( if you could call him that, he is completely useless) for 3 hours during the set up period in the morning. Vendors were there waiting for him to answer their questions and many of them ended up leaving and thus certain things didn't get done. Nick left my flowers in the sun and half of them ended up dying. Come ceremony time we were told that there wouldn't let anybody golf on the hole behind us, well there was actually a really drunk group of guys golfing the whole during our vows being super loud and ruining some pictures. When we asked the staff to go over and tell them to be quiet they just shrugged. During the reception my bridesmaids found stuff stolen from their clutches (including an iPhone) that we had left in the bridal party changing room! When we asked the cleaning staff where the missing items went they said " things go missing all the time" we tried to call nick to report the theft and he didn't answer. We couldn't find nick the rest of the night he just disappeared and never answered our calls. The staff was extremely rude the rest of the night and one of them actually ended up spilling red wine on a bridesmaid and didn't even apologize and actually denied it! The whole day /night was a disaster, this was the kind of wedding day you see in nightmares. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BOOKING THIS PLACE, you will REGRET IT!!!
