The Nupa locations are comparable and consistently delicious! It's a great stepping stone for people who want to try something new but are a little cautious about new things. I haven't taken anyone there yet who hasn't liked it. My midwestern parents who are both farmers and tend to eat meat and potatoes were a little hesitant and pleasantly surprised that they really liked gyros! Very delicious Mediterranean food. But be careful! The olives have pits!

I have gone to Nupa quite a few times over the past couple of years and have always had a generally positive experience. However, on my most recent visit I received extremely poor service. I went with my family for dinner, and we ordered our food at the front as usual and went to sit down. After a wait we received our food. All was fine until our waiter (very muscular white male probably in his 20s) came to clean up our table. I had ordered a salad, but did not finish so I politely asked for a box. He said sure, but started stacking up the used tzatziki cups on the plate anyway. He realized his mistake, and said he'd bring a new cup of tzatziki. I had no problem until he came back, did not bring a new cup, and then tossed the box right on top of my salad. No apology, he just smirked and continued to take away the plates. It may not seem like much, but paired with his smug, unprofessional attitude, I left feeling insulted by his actions. I didn't see a manager and judging by his behavior I assume he wasn't being watched to be held to a certain standard. At Nupa there aren't many opportunities for staff-customer interaction (not a classic sit-down style), so I truly don't know what I could have done to warrant the micro aggressions. The other members of my family felt the similarly. I usually love Nupa, but there are many other options to choose from (Opa Opa for Greek, El Carambas, Newts are all great places). I hope they work on improving their staff.

Great little Greek/Med place in Roch. Theyve got two locations, but I always go to the one by the mall. Healthy lunch alternative over nearby Chipotle (especially if you sub rice for fries). I also like to support the indies vs the global superchains. Chicken pita lunch special is all you need. Its the entree sando, a lil salad, rice, and even the soda for around $10. I stop EVERY time I visit Roch for work.

Decided to stop at Nupa for a quick lunch. It was so delicious! They have gluten free pitas that taste like the real thing! I had the chicken pita lunch special ( gyro meat was not gluten free), it was beyond delicious! Salad was fresh, rice was flavorful! Staff was friendly! Overall win for us!! We will be back regularly!

Great place for a healthy lunch! They have several locations, but I like this one because it has an open concept, minimal yet tasteful decor and the staff is friendly. I really love their gyros. Tasteful, a lot of veggies with the meat and everything tastes fresh. I also love the fact that they have a small menu, so every dish is made by order so it always tastes fresh. Their tzatziki sauce is amazing, a lot of thyme, garlic and greek yogurt. I wish they would give us bigger portions of the sauce!!! Staff is great in both locations. Friendly, always smiling, come to check on you enough times for you to feel like they appreciate your business, but not so many times that you will feel suffocated. I highly recommend Nupá. The food is consistent between the locations also.

YUMMMMM! I always leave feeling FULL and happy! I'm a big fan of their gyro pita lunch special - in fact that might be the only thing I've gotten here. It's just so good, I keep going back for more! As far as gyros go this place has one of the best I've ever had. My coworker friend really loves their chicken pita (or maybe they call it a chicken gyro?) with fries. Their cucumber water is really refreshing! Seriously, give it a try!! I'm always tempted to ask for a to go cup of it when I leave!! Service has always been great, restaurant has always been very clean, and food is always amazing! I will definitely be back for more!

We were in town and were of course looking on Yelp for restaurants when we saw the good reviews for Nupa. First the restaurant itself is rather "hole in the wall". It looks like an old fast food restaurant that has been converted. The menu has a little bit of everything from a la carte to full plates. We ordered the Saganaki, Greek salad, Avgolemono soup, beef kabob and falafel. Ambiance- 3.0/5.0- Clean just no frills. Saganaki was crisp-but a little too greasy for me- (I prefer mine a little lighter). Overall taste was good so I gave this a 3.5/5.0 Greek salad was Everything a good Greek salad should be- 5.0/5.0 Beef Kabob was tender, cooked to perfection, moist and seasoned perfectly 5.5/5.0 :) Falafel- nice consistency, NOT dry (hard to do) and perfectly accompanied in a pita. 5.0/5.0 Avgolemono- 4.0/5.0- Good taste. (I prefer mine slightly more lemony, but brother really liked it. Overall I would say this was a solid 4.5/5.0. The staff was courteous, service was fast, the restaurant was clean and we will be back!! Great job!!! I'm already thinking about what I will be ordering next!

My first time at Nupa yesterday was perfect...from the food to the excellent service. I will definitely return many times to try more items on their menu. The calamari was perfect!

We spontaneously stopped in for lunch and LOVED it. The food was FANTASTIC and the service was great! Their menu will definitely serve just about anyone. Vegetarian and gluten free options are plentiful and will leave your standard diner feeling happy & full as well! This mediterranean fast casual restaurant is unique and FUN. Personally, I think they should add a La Crosse location!
