The food was good but I don't think it was worth waiting 15 minutes for. Also, it's not the cheapest in town. Boring atmosphere and employees don't look happy to be there.

This is BY FAR the worst DQ I have ever been too. Being that I have previously worked at a DQ I know the procedures and how things should be done. There was one other car in front of me in the drive through, and I still had a 20 minute wait. On top of that I specifically asked if I could get fresh gravy for my chicken strip basket because every time I have gotten gravy it is dry, and nasty. After I finally got my chicken strips I looked at the gravy and it was exactly the same as it has previously been. When I went to eat the toast that comes with the basket only one side of the toast was toasted. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. I highly suggest that the owners need to pull their heads out of their butt and learn how to run a business.

Low expectations would be too high for this DQ. If your looking for a quick treat after an evening activity with the fam this is not the place for you. In fact, this is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. We were treated to flooded bathrooms, sticky counters, and a 60 min wait (after we ordered) paired with a dollop of attitude to go with our 4 out of 5 melted and incorrectly made treats. On top of that the workers locked both exit doors so the 18 customers that were also waiting for their orders couldn't exit the building with out first yelling behind the counter for one of the 5 teenage workers to find the on duty teenage manager to come and unlock the door so that people could leave. In defense of the teenage worker bees, evidently they were told to lock the doors at 9pm by their non-present store manager. Never mind the customers safety, firecodes or the fact that the door didn't have an emergency exit latch; it's better to ensure you can get off your shift on time than to provide a safe environment and good customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding the DQ in Princeton, MN until they make some drastic changes.

By far the worst I've been to. They are more worried about having the windows clean then taking our order. One person in our party(my daughter) ordered a chill dog. the chili must have been AT LEAST three days old and burnt. i went to the counter and the person i gave it to was mad as i wanted to get something else in place of it. I would not give to a dog.... avoid this one as I will never be there again!

We have lived in Princeton our whole lives and one constant has been the slowness of the local DQ. We usually go once every month or so and it's generally an A- or B+ on the food...however your gonna spend way too much time waiting for your order. If we see more than two people in line or a backed up drive thru we skip our visit because it will be nothing but aggravation watching people trying to figure out what to order and then seeing the turtles (employees) go about the motions of work. I will say our last visit was better in terms of speed and friendliness but this is the exception rather than the rule!

The only reason this place is still open is unsuspecting travelers passing through. Nuff said.

I'll at least go 2 stars here but like Cheree said in her review this place is probably the slowest DQ in the entire universe. And it is true as well that they will screw up your order, if you dare order anything besides an ice cream cone there's a 90% chance you won't receive everything you ordered. And this is not stretching the truth either. It's usually high school age kids working here and they really seem like they could care less, but seeing as I have 2 kids, there is no getting around going to the Dairy Queen every once in awhile! O Well.

The worst service ever at a DQ. That is the one constant of this DQ is you will wait forever for your food if you can get someone to take your order. Don't order anything special, it will be wrong. Plan on being disappointed in the terrible service after paying way too much for your food.

There are far better DQ's, but none nearby. If you go in with low exectations on being served timely and friendly, then you will be fine.
