Haven't been to a Red Lobster in ages, but this was the quickest and most convenient place around when we were looking for a quick lunch. I'm not above chains and not above their cheddar bay biscuits. Our server was fantastic. Great on every level. Ordered some chicken strips and potatoes for our little one that came out super fast. Biscuits come out right away now. Lunch specials are very reasonable, quick and tasted good. Always impressed by the service at each Red Lobster. This one was no different.

Ate here with my family about 3 months ago. The waitress/service was acceptable but really the food tasted one step above bad frozen grocery store seafood. Mushy grilled shrimp, bland too hard fried shrimp. Honestly I don't know what the people working in the kitchen could do as this stuff was just bad. Probably old. Didn't complain because my wife said she would be embarrassed. Definitely will not eat here again. Or any other red lobster for that matter. As a chain they have just gone down hill. Stay away.

I went to dinner with my family and I enjoyed a lot great food and friendly service. I had blackened tilapia fish it was so tasty and my daughter ate popcorn shrimp she likes a lot. I will go back soon.

What a disappointment!!!!! Could they find any smaller shrimp? It's a marvel how they were even able to skewer the tiny , miniscule shrimp! The lobster pieces in the sauce looked like they had been picked out of someone else's leftovers! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! It looked nothing like it shows on TV!!!!! Pat M.

We don't come here very often. I think it's been over a year since we stopped in at this location. But the call of cheddar bay biscuits was too much for us today and we headed in for our fill. Apparently we hit this place at the perfect time - we didn't have to wait to be seated and had fresh coffee in front of us in minutes. We both ordered the Shrimp pasta - and it was just as buttery and yummy as I remembered. The quantity of shrimp was very good and the food was hot and delicious. My only complaints - The place is a bit noisy. I had a hard time holding a conversation at times. Also - the place is a little chilly. I am guessing at dinner rush when the place is packed with people eating hot food it gets a little warm in there - so it makes sense that it would be a little chilly in the off hours. Our waitress was almost too attentive. Still - I would rather have all my needs attended to than to be ignored. (It probably felt weird because I am used to crap service.) I can't remember the last time someone asked if I had enough dressing on my salad. That was a nice touch. AND when she brought the bill back for me to sign - she gave it to me! How rare and wonderful that a waitperson would not just hand it to my husband. (He SOOOO does not look like a Jennifer.) So I have to hand it to our waitperson - she really went above and beyond. I am sure I will be back again when the call of those biscuits overwhelms me. And they now have a wood-fire grill - the Lobster Pizza looked SOOOOOO good. I could see hitting this place for Strawberry Daiquiris and Lobster Pizza one night. Yum!

Never been to a Red Lobster before, but the fish was fresh, my friend's pasta was tasty and the deserts were awesome! Service wasn't bad.

We ate here only because of a gift card. The biscuits are great as well as the service, however, when our server asked us why we didn't want to box up the left overs, I didn't know where to start. The food is plain nasty. Salads were weepy, 4 different shrimp dishes that taste the same...buttery, greasy, and ooooold shrimp. Wasn't expecting 5 star, but also sent expecting 1 star.

I never expect a lot from chain restaurants. Only consistancy and predictability. You know the menu and there are no surprised. Which is why today was such a pleasant surprise. First off my friend is very picky about her lobster and only likes cold water lobster and mentioned this to our server Michele. Well Michele was very knowledgable and pointed out the types on the menu that were warm and which were cold water. (Something you would expect people to know being as it is Red Lobster after all but not something we have found that people do) Our water glasses never went empty and the suggestions she made were perfect. She checked back enough times to be attentive but not too many to be a pest. There are many new food items on the menu. I went with the old standard of choose your own two or three item shrimp. for 16.99, I didnt remember there being as much shrimp as i got this time and i certainly could have opted for the two item choice for 12.99 but then I wouldn't have had left overs for lunch the next day. I opted for the new Bar Harbor salad which carries a 1.50 charge. Well worth it. The salads now are like chop salads and mine had pecans, blue cheese and craisins as an addition to the regular cucumber lettuce and tomaotes. It had a blueberry vinagrette which our server brought on the side so that we could put our own amounts on it. There was an additional type of new salad also that i might try next time. The extra charge is well worth it. My friend took advantage of the Lobsterfest and got the lobster tail and shrimp. She added a new addition of Mac and Cheese with bacon and shrimp. It is made the old fashioned way; baked with bread crumb topping. I would stir this up if you order it as at first she was doing a "where's the shrimp?" only to find it had all sunk to the bottom. She said her lobster tail was perfect which came on a bed of rice Pilaf and her shrimp came grilled on a skewer. The presentation was impressive indeed for a chain restaurant. I think the addition of having a Chef that them implemented a few years ago has helped them become a step above chain.

Red lobster??? Really???? Yuck!!!! Sorry, it's coming from my hatred of chain restaurants, the kind that are satisfied with mediocrity...

I stopped by with my family at about 5:45 PM on a Wed. night. We walked in and I immediately saw at least 8 to 10 open tables and not one person was waiting in the lobby. It did not appear to be busy at all. After I told a man who appeared to be the manager working at the host stand that I needed a table for 5, he told me that it would be a 45 minute wait. I expressed my surprise that there was any wait at all, let alone 45 minutes when I could see multiple empty tables. I told him that we could not wait that long since we had 3 small children and I politely told him that would go somewhere else to eat if we could not get a table within a few minutes, and he told us that it was fine that we could leave, so we left. We went to another restaurant nearby and it was more busy and had less open tables than the Red Lobster that we just tried to eat, yet we immediately got seated and served. Red Lobster's service was unacceptable and a complete joke.

Terrible service. Does not accept reservations and does not allow you to call ahead. With an hour wait for a table for 2! That is unacceptable.

It was our son's 11th birthday and he wanted seafood. Our experience at Red Lobster was great. The food was excellent. My son says this is his new favorite restaurant. The service was awesome. We will be back!

My daughter and I come here just to eat the lobster bisque and biscuits. The soup is our favorite item on the menu, and this is a little treat for lunch. The location is very clean, has attentive staff and the food tends to be the same each visit.

We visit red lobster at least once a month. I'm used to the overcooked steak, after all, this is a seafood restaurant , but I ordered steak with lump crab topping (also available on salmon) which was awful. Crab meat from a can, smelled bad, gray and tasteless. The topping was lump crab, tomato and green onion, the only part I could taste was the onion. In addition , my meal should have been served in a bowl because there was so much water under the food. The server was great, however.

Typical red lobster experience since it's a chain. We had a great waitress. She was very attentive and checked back often. For the four of us our meal we all enjoyed. The mussels were sort of bland and could have been better with a richer seasoning.
