The Brothers Deli proves that you can be situated right across a Chipotle - God's greatest gift to mankind...and by God I mean Steve Ells - and still be able to compete. I wonder what % of Brothers' customers are just people discouraged by their neighbor's ridiculously long lines? Regardless of whether Brothers is your first or second choice for lunch, you will walk away feeling fully sated if not borderline busting at the seams, and happy. Their menu is so huge that I really don't think there's a possibility you won't find something you'd like. They even have "Fit 500" items for God's sake. Again, all hail Steve Ells. I usually go for the classic reuben or tuna salad, and I've also tried their pesto chicken sandwich. You can't really go wrong with any of their sandwiches (unless you ordered the wrong thing, then it's all on you buddy), and portions are decently sized. If you're feeling really indulgent, get the onion rings, they're fantastic. Everything is made to order and comes to you fast; while the line by the cashier can get 4 - 5 people deep sometimes, it's never more than that. The service is brief but polite, and you can tell that the Brothers team works pretty cohesively. Of course, you can't skip out on the free salad bar, with their famous potato salad and other sides like slaw and bread pudding.

Today was my first visit and I will never return. Service was AWFUL...turns out it was the owner! Only reason I stopped was to try their side bar because I am a huge fan of potato salad. I must have grabbed the wrong kind because what I ended up with was actually just heavy duty mayo, a few chunks of celery and what i can only imagine was some form of potato. This place was nothing special...even my very simple sandwich was extra simple. You pass 100 places in the Skyway...do not waste your time stopping at this one!
