The service and coffee was delightful. I love that they have a good variety of choices. My favorite is the chocolate mocha. I also love that you can get a variety of flavored coffee grounds, which I've bought and tried at home. They are delicious. My favorite is the french roast. This place can be busy at times but not a big deal to me.

Went through the drive thru which is 100% covered at this location, so that's a perk. The barista who was working the drive thru was rude and that's my reason for the 2 stars. I don't live in Edina, so it was my only experience at this location, and based off of one employee, they did not make a good first impression. As someone else stated in a review about this location, she acted as if I should be thanking and bowing down to her for handing me a sandwich and a latte. Good attitudes go a long way, baristas of the world.

I've been a regular at this location for years and like it a lot. I've always found the staff to be courteous, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't be put off by the negative comments of others. Individual experiences in these things vary. I buy from many different Starbucks and like this one a lot.

PLEASE - do not start your morning out by getting your buzz from this place. they act like they are doing you a huge favor by allowing you to purchase some caffeine from them. no smiles, no "good mornings" - just a real downer. now that there's a starbuck's at Jerry's, do yourself a favor, stay in good mood and drive another 100 yards and get your fix there.

This place is like a daycare center. They should charge rent to the tutors that run their businesses from this location. Shame on the staff for not saying anything.

I was a usual at this store for years but unfortunately the ambiance and service has drastically decreased. It was bearable before they re-did the store because it was convenient. Now that it's remodeled it's cold and unwelcoming. The baristas used to be very warm and greet people by name but they are now unfriendly and downright rude. When I spoke with the manager about it she basically blew me off and recommended that I 'move on' from the situation. Well, I will move on - right to Dunn Brothers or Caribou.

Went through the drive through on Tuesday afternoon to pick up "one of" my usual drinks via the drive thru. Typically love the drive through and its many advantages- no dragging the kids out of the car when they've fallen asleep in this case. The espresso in the drink was bad and it didn't taste a thing like it usually should. I've had hits and misses at this location... now I'm questioning whether to go back again... ever.
