I ordered the Chicken Tenders and Caesar salad. The person taking my order couldn't have been nicer along with delivery person! I'm very happy with the outcome as I enjoy this meal at work in the NewHope location and I am enjoying it now in Mpls.

Not the best ordered it twice this year. First time i had it i was in the hospital and the pizza was hot and verry tasty with slightly crispy crust and good dipping sauces thought i found my new go to pizza shop. Orderd it at my home i get this soggy crust, room tempature, skimpy on the cheese mess. I thought it was a fluke and ordered again same result dont think it worth the price got better pizza at little caesars real talk.

I ordered a large pizza at 9pm on a Wednesday night. I buzzed the delivery guy up at 11pm!!!! Not to mention I live less than a mile away. The pizza wasn't hot and it was soggy. I ate it because I was STARVING by that point. I felt awful for the delivery guy and he looked like he was about to cry. Paying $25 for a cold, soggy, pizza that takes 2 hours?! Never again.

Sarpinos has been my got-to pizza delivery joint for several years (starting way back in 2007). There's still a lack of solid pizza delivery in NE Minneapolis (Pizza Man is pretty good; Luce is beyond overpriced) but Sarpinos SOMEWHAT fills the void. The pizza itself is inexplicably delicious (the spicy-sweet sauce and the pepperoncini peppers make it for me). Delivery is consistently mixed, leaning toward poor. I've noticed that they've shifted to quoting 50-90 minutes per delivery these days. That target can range from thirty minutes to two hours in my experience, with little in the way of responsibility from management. The drivers are essentially helpful and friendly people, but there seems to be a lack of efficient infrastructure that supports the number of orders; I don't see that changing. If you have a problem, they're either going to make it right by giving you credit, or totally blow you off, period. Prices have gone up considerably in the last few years, and service has tanked about 25%. I no longer live in Minnesota, but I support these guys every time I'm town, more out of my addiction to their pie than out of residual loyalty. Give them a chance or two - the breadsticks alone are worth it. If it's a pain in your side, don't bother again.

Ordered a Gyro salad. The meat was hard, thin, not real tasty. The salad part was fine, typical veggies of not great quality that I honestly expected. But the meat was real subpar. I wouldn't recommend it.

Still haven't gotten pizza... Hour+ wait for delivery down the street. Even the cat was upset. Hopefully the garlic bread will be alright.

Was staying at The Marquette. Ordered 2 pasta dishes at 10pm and it took them 90mins to get it delivered. Are you really that backed up that it takes you an hour and a half to deliver 2 pasta dishes a few streets down? @ 10pm? In MN??????? Serious? Phone answerer was quite friendly but receiving my mediocre food that late was ridiculous. Thus, one star for the friendly staff. Otherwise, 0 stars.

I placed my order online at 11:54 PM to be delivered to my apartment, and received email confirmation that it had been received and was in preparation. The email stated that I should expect my order in 45-55 minutes which is normal for all of the Sarpino's that I have ordered from so I thought everything was normal. At 12:41 AM I received another email informing me that my order was out for delivery this specific Sarpino's is 1.1 miles from my home so I was expecting my order in ten to fifteen minutes. At 1:33 AM my apartment was buzzed informing me that my order had arrived. The delivery driver delivered my order in a pizza holder that seemed as though it may fit 12 pizzas, I received my order, signed my receipt and went to have dinner with a friend. We opened the cheese bread that we had ordered and it was cold, we opened our pizza and it was cold and that there were onions on some of the pizza (which I am also allergic to, but was able to separate them from the pizza. Cross contamination happens in restaurants so that is not something I hold against them). To me, this is a sub par experience that I experienced with Sarpino's. The fact that it took 99 minutes for me to receive my order when I was quoted 45-55 minutes is unacceptable, the fact that the pizza was cold due to being driven around with for 52 minutes is especially unacceptable. I understand that restaurants especially in the downtown area can get extremely busy but that is what proper staffing is for on a Friday night so that a driver does not have to make 10 stops causing them to be out for an hour at a time and having your customers orders become cold. I will definitely be rethinking whom I order pizza through in the future and may have to order from Pizza Luce instead. I suggest you not accept online orders if you cannot quote proper delivery times while offering that service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone and first problem it took over an hour to arrive. Second problem I got insanely ill from it. I ordered at 11, calzone arrived at 1230, I ate then had trouble stomach pain around 130 followed by waves of nausea followed by diarrhea followed by dizziness and vomiting. I thought I was done with it but as I write this the nausea has returned. If you don't want to suffer as I am AVOID

Don't order if you're starving & craving HOT food. I will make a frozen pizza next time.

The Owner Jeff said there was $6 written on the receipt in the tip line.... Liars! Pretty sure his employee wrote that in! I called Sarpinos Corp & my credit card company. I have my customer receipt & you can see my signature & exact amt with NO Tip added in the amount on my receipt since I used a thick pen to write on their receipt & it wrote thru like a carbon copy on mine:) This place needs to be replaced by Pizza Luce!

Don't waste your time with this place. I have made the mistake of ordering from here twice. The first time coincided with a Metrodome event, so the delay was expected. The food is mediocre at best. The most recent order was at Midnight on a Sunday, and it still took over an hour to get the food. By the time my food arrived, the store was closed, so there wasn't anyone to contact about the order not being correct. When I reached someone the next day, they offered to give me a $1 (yes ONE Dollar) credit on my next order. I don't think I'll be needing that. Trust me - Pay a few bucks more and order from Pizza Luce.

Don't do it!!! Horrible service - really rude driver - wish I hadn't tipped him. Pizza arrived over 20 minutes late = 75 minutes of waiting time. Arrived cold. When I called to complain they admitted that their pizza heaters were not working. I will never order from this place - unless I get a hankering for poor service and bad food.
