I love Popeyes, but this one should be burnt to the hound (with nobody inside of course). We waited 15 minutes for a wrap and red beans & rice. It wasn't even busy.

Food = Always good Staff = Ummmm, I think I got spoiled by the terrific service from the Popeyes staff at the East Lake Street location. Sorry, I'm sure y'all are terrific people here, but the service didn't show it today...

The service here is horrible, and the food is usually lukewarm. I've been to this location at least four times, and each visit the wait was unacceptably long. I had to sit in the drive-through for nearly thirty minutes on one visit. I won't come here again, instead I will head to a different Popeye's location in the Twin Cities. I mean, really guys, I've worked in food service before, it's not that hard to be efficient and fast. My experience has been that the employees move at an INCREDIBLY slow pace. Get some trainers in here!

Seriously man, every time i come here, I give my order which takes forever and a day. Then when I get my meal it is never hot, just warm. They missed many of the items I asked for. So going back it and showing my receipt and then getting the forgotten items. It never fails, they alway forget something I ask for. Smh. Lord how hard is it to do??!!??

For the love of God, do yourself a favor and turn around. You know that uncomfortable sensation you get when you feel like you're about to get either yelled at, mugged, or held at gunpoint for some chicken? Well I don't get that feeling a lot but I did feel like I was in the the wrong part of town. I've been seeing all these commercials for Popeyes from that lovely lady advertising hush puppies and shrimp so I thought lets go have a fantastic southern experience! When I arrive to place my order the lady just snaps at me... I ask for the advertised hush puppies and shrimp and that seemed to really aggravate her. She said they were all sold out. Alright try number two was for some chicken. That was the wrong thing to say because she said pull to the window. Ended up getting chicken spicy, I ordered mild, I asked for ketchup she put in one packet (I ordered a family meal of 8 pieces)... On top of that they were cleaning up inside sweeping and cleaning tables and then handling the food... Ay yay yay... Overall it's really on me that I chose fast food... But come on lighten up a bit and be pleasant. Minimum wage still deserves to treat people nicely, southern style! Overall Popeyes marketing gets people in, and then fails with some of the worst customer service ever.

The management at this establishment is extremely unprofessional and rude. The first thing I noticed as we walked in was a note on the door saying they "won't serve people with saggy pants" When I went in with a couple people the manager began harassing us. She told us that all of us need to "pull up our pants" ....the problem is, none of us had saggy pants! We were just going in to get food before going to a convention. I understand if you want to keep an establishment a family restaurant. But don't harass customers who don't even fit your "profile". You can be on a power trip all day... But keep in mind your a manager at a Popeyes......... I will never go back to this Popeyes and I actually drive out of the way to eat at a different one.

I originally stopped after a major problem at the Eden Prairie location, to get the number for the office, but asked for the number of the owners by name or the office, I was looked at like I was from Mars and they had no idea who they were, I asked for the manager, 3 times, and was basically ignored. I finally had some lady? who one of the staff say was the General manager, ask "What do you want". i told her I was trying to get hold of the Naj....'s the owners, She told me they cannot be talked to, I then asked for the office number and was again ignored, guess the wet 20 in the register was way more important than a customer, after asking 3 more times, she said I could leave a number, and went back to playing with the wet 20, finally after about 4 minutes of watching her, i asked for a piece of paper and a pen, she gave me a piece of receipt paper, and a nonworking pen. finally got a pen that worked, and asked her if the number would really get to the owner, as I did not feel it was going to be delivered. My over all impression is the staff is "Could care less about anyone, as long as they do not have to deal with them", I feel for the owners, as I slightly know them, from their dad having worked with my mom at the University many years ago, and my cousin having dated one of the brothers. Staff like this will close them down if not corrected.
