11-14-2013...well things have not gotten better since the last person did a review. seeing the adds on TV said that crawfish were being served. When I went to the restaurant and tried to order crawfish, I was told that they were not in season... I did not push the point that I saw the TV Commercial. The employees looked a little lost. Things missing from my order: The sauce I asked for The cover for the mash potatoes - said they were out of stock The cover for my drink - also out of stock The 3 pcs of chicken did not seem to be freshly cooked. I should have skipped this location...

It doesn't matter if you look at the popeyes.com website about what the promotion is..tried to order the shrimp and tender combo promo and they were out of shrimp... I should have gone next door to DQ where the line is always longer at the drive thru but it must mean they do, indeed have anything you want to order!

10.31.13 Halloween evening. Two employees working the entire store, one almost in tears because everyone called in to take their kids trick-or-treating, including the manager (so no manager on duty) not to mention they happen to be out of their promotional craw fish. I feel bad for the two employees but not for this bad review. I give a place a few times before I write a review, and this location is just a disaster with the operation side of things. Very slow and just not the correct training and staff. Could be the management.

Very poorly run. Here for crawfish (as advertised) NO CRAWFISH!. No slaw either. Two people short and the counter person is working her butt off, but the manager isn't helping. Counter person is handling money and food with bare, unwashed hands. Drive through seems to take precedence. Not ready for the lunch rush at 11:45. Came here two weeks ago for shrimp - no shrimp, no popcorn chicken. Go to the one in Brooklyn Park instead.

Ordered a family meal through drive thru. It took 20 minutes to get my order from the time I placed my order to the time I had to go inside the restaurant to get it. There were only four people in front of me and bins full of chicken. The manager, Willie, was the only person getting the meals ready (placing the chicken in the box) and all the employees were waiting for him. The mac and cheese had a hair in it. I returned my order and did not get an apology. This place is completely mismanaged and I will not return.

Went for the first time with my wife. Food was decent but it took 15 minutes to place our order and then another 30 minutes to get our food. It was an early afternoon on a Saturday and there were only 6 other customers. VERY slow customer service and drive thru service seemed to trump people waiting in store for food. They also appeared to be out of a couple of the main menu items. Skip this location and try another!
