Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

GREAT delivery at the hotel piping hot like at the restaurant home made style no chain and very very tasty. Pizza was great and a great home made out of the norm sauce. Wings were made like u would make them at home! No frozen garbage served up dry with sauce on the side. Theses guys are trophy pros and are not some run of the mill Chain. Glad I got out of the box and got into there box. Awesome!

It's too bad that their service is horrendous, because they have decent pizza. If I say "Please don't forget the sour cream" 3 times and it's forgotten, then there is a problem. Between that and burnt crust every other order, not to mention rude phone personnel, I'll pass.

I used to eat here all the time as a kid, that's when it was good. I hadn't eaten here in a few years and I must say I haven't been missing anything. We ordered a large pizza and some potato wedges. The wedges were a little salty but still okay. The pizza was bland point blank and the crust was kinda like cardboard, I've had better frozen pizza. I'll never eat here again sadly.

To me the pizza is awesome. Most of the time we order for delivery, and for a pizza place, they are pretty damn fast. We always get the same thing, pepperoni, sausage and onion. Such good flavors. The sauce to cheese ratio is perfect. I've been in to pick up my pizza a few times. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant cleanliness seems to be something they should work on, and if I was running the place, I would liven up the atmosphere a bit with some more lighting and brighter colors to attract some more sit down business.

Stayed at a local hotel and ordered deliver. The pizza was hot, fresh, and fast. Employees were super friendly and professional. The pizza sauce had a nice little unexpected "bite" to it. Well done. Proceed with confidence.. good service, good pie!

Ghastly service. We have had multiple incorrect deliveries in recent months, and when we call to get the order corrected, the people who answer behave as though we are trying to steal from them, and ALWAYS accuse us of ordering incorrectly. We've been ordering precisely the same thing for years, so it's really not that. The main culprits in rudeness seem to be an older woman and an older man-- there is one younger sounding man who is very nice, and the delivery people are always super nice. We order from them about twice per month, and the service simply keeps getting worse. Very, very disappointed, and would never recommend. Also, I must add that charging $.15 for a packet of Parmesan cheese powder, and $.23 for a packet of red pepper flakes seems to me to be the height of miserliness. Nickel-and-diming customers, in the end, has a negative effect on your bottom line.

Pizza Gallery has excellent pizza! I ordered a 12" supreme with no mushrooms. The pizza was served thin crust (made in house daily) & the crust crunchy & soft, not dry & hard like a cracker. It was cut Chicago style & delivered in cool pizza box that had a Super Mario looking graphic on the cover. Anyway the woman I talked to over the phone was super nice and engaging & even asked how my day was. I began to talk her ear off about my horrible day of traveling for 10+ hours just to get from New Orleans to Minneapolis went and my luggage was lost. She replied "well I can't help with the luggage but how about a good hot meal" this warmed my heart and improved my attitude about the days events. Moving on, they deliver to the hotels & stay open till 12am.

I liked this pizza. Ordered a medium which seemed more like a medium plus with sausage, bacon, and onions. All the flavors seem to blend nicely and the pizza sauce was nice and sweet. I do wish that they could of kept the pizza in the oven for just about 5 minutes longer only to get the cheese a little golden brown and crispy too. I also ordered the garlic breadsticks with marinara sauce which were very enjoyable. Overall a good place to order from. Plus if you stay at a nearby hotel they will deliver to your room.

Worst service. I was treated like I was trying to rip them off. I ordered online and added my contact information including phone number. When I arrived an older lady immediately accused me of putting in a disconnected number which must mean I'm a welfare mom. I had already paid for the pizzas and rhey hadnt even started making them. I waited another 30 minutes while she sat and glared at me. Will NEVER use them again.

Best chicken wings ever. It took awhile to get out food after ordering but when it came out, it came out finger burning and mouth scorching hot. Cooked fresh to order.

Great pizza and super helpful staff! I can't describe how the staff went above and beyond. I can say the pizza was great and will always be thankful and remember the service and help I received while waiting. Thank you!

Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight. Ordered an extra large supreme pizza. Once it was delivered and I opened the box I noticed that there was only sausage and pepperoni on it. Called them immediately to let them know that I did not receive the pizza I had ordered. The woman on the other line put me on hold MULTIPLE times and was extremely rude. By the end of the conversation she had insisted that it was my fault and that I had said the wrong thing while ordering. Apparently when you order a supreme pizza from Pizza Gallery you need to order the VEGGIE Supreme otherwise they ASSUME you're ordering a MEAT supreme. Then to end the conversation she asked "Are you okay now?" After responding with "...I guess" she just hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service and their pizza isn't even anything special. Save your time and order somewhere else. I will not be giving them my business again.

This is by far my favorite place to order pizza, and not just in the metro. They have one type of crust so don't expect thin or thick options. Instead what you get is something in-between that is delicious. There pizza is also served square cut which I am now convinced is the only way to eat pizza. I have been ordering for year and they never fail to impress. Also don't miss the Alfredo chicken which is my personal favorite.

Good pizza... Toppings are tasty. Ordered the supreme and was satisfied. Although the outside crust could be improved. Will order again!

I love this place. Honestly, the pizza isn't my favorite part- it's the broasted chicken! Crispy skin, perfect meat. It is never dry, always hot when delivered. The 14.95 dinner is a wonderful deal, and they have a customer rewards program. The guy that takes orders is very no-nonsense, but never rude, the woman is friendly and incredibly nice.
