Ive tried to noodle bowl and I loved it. Delisios and tasty. This place gets busy for lunch, but honestly it has not yet earned a place in my regular lunch rotation. The employees are friendly too

So far, just the sushi... My experience so far has been mixed. Mostly a case of a sushi place trying to do too much. Rolls should be relatively simple with some clear flavor standouts. The rolls just have too much going on and don't let the fish be the star. I'd like to get back and try the ramen or rice bowls soon but will likely either do the DIY rolls for myself or go to my other spot.

My absolute go to for sushi and all things American-style Japanese for Lunch in Downtown. Not very expensive and also you get fresh sushi rolls that are made 'Chipotle Style'. My wining combo is Toshi Roll and Shrimp Tempura Sticky buns. What a treat right? Also the staff is very friendly and professional. I think it is high time they give Target Employees some special discount :-) just saying. Tip: After 3:00 pm, their pre-packed sushi is half off.

I got the Toshi Roll, very good and tasty. Very quick and very good service as well. The miso soup was not as good as I thought. Still I will come back again.

I can finally get gluten free sushi on my lunch break! This review will probably be useful only to the GFers of the world because there isn't a lot on the menu that a person with celiac can eat. If you are off the gluten, they will fix you up a sashimi plate of your choice with a side of the GF rice and you can take your little GF soy sauce packet and your free edamame (only on Tuesdays!) and call yourself a happy camper. Note to GFers of the world: Beware the sushi rice! They use some kind of vinegar with a wheat-based additive so GFers of the world may only have the rice that is used in the rice bowls. The staff is all very knowledgeable of this situation so I feel safe.

One Two Three Sushi opened up its second location in the IDS tower about 6 months ago and now the restaurant has opened up in the beleaguered Retek building skyway location that has seen at least 4 businesses in there over the last 15 years that I have worked at Target's 10th street location. My friend and I decided to try it out on a Friday and the line was out the door. They have two guys making homemade sushi, some guys making ramen (Which looked awesome!) and a couple of dudes on steamed buns. We both chose the teriyaki chicken steamed bun. You get three of these suckers. They throw them in the steamer and split the steaming dough piles in half and fill them with juicy chicken hunks, sauce, some veggies, and all for like $6.50 after tax. We walked across the street to eat at Target's new building for team members to hang out at and have small meetings. My first bite was awesome, the flavors are fantastic for a subway like operation. Fast, efficient, yet the quality is all there. The guys behind the counter were all awesome as well! My only complaint is that my bun was pretty tepid after only about 5 minutes of walking to our eating destination. I was hoping for a pretty hot steamed bun, but a small complaint, because the flavors all melded together wonderfully. My friend loved it too. She said, "I don't want this to be my last bite!" (Hint: Good marketing line!) Overall, great laughs with fantastic food for a reasonable price = 4 Stars.

One time review. Got the pork tonkatsu rice bowl. Meh. Lots of rice (which is a plus for me) and fair amount of pork, sauce OK but not enough. Mushrooms and radish were just plain weird. Next time I'll be begging out of those. Doesn't get close to holding a candle to WSK or other rice bowls I've had in town. Suppose it's convenient and downtown (and much better than Asian Max) but I left wanting better.
