Will not return. After gasping at the prices of this chain restaurant almost our entire order was wrong. Beyond that the food was not warm when it arrived at our table and it took so long to get the food that we just dealt with what we had.

Well this is an interesting experience. Guess attitude and talking customers they are wrong is the way to go. Service is slow, rude, and place very dirty. High chairs are ridiculously greasy. I am going to stay away from this place and starting to think staying away from iHop might not be a horrible idea either.

IHOP makes good pancakes. I don't make it to IHOP very often, but it isn't so far from my house and I like good, cheap pancakes. This location is right next to Brookdale. Some people might feel like they're slumming it up here in BP, but I like the eclectic crowd and the service has always been quality. I can see how the late night crowd might get a little hairy, but the morning crowd is just fun.

What the actual...? This is the worst service i have ever experienced. The elevator music was noticeably better than the service. The most enjoyable part of out visit was the endless conversation on the topic of this utterly detrimental service. We were stuck in IHOP purgatory. I've lost a little more faith in humanity.

This is the WORST iHop in the Twin Cities. Understaff, outdated, slow service, and sloppy food deliver. I purchased two Groupons that's only good at this location and used only one. I don't care to use the other one. Bloomington' iHop is wayyyyy better.

I swear I have given this place too many chances!!! It is super slow service! The nicest employee there was the guy who was mopping the entrance, he was going to drop everything to help us, whereas two servers had no clue what to do! Finally the hostess came over but needed to wipe down the table first - which the two clueless servers could have been doing instead of standing and staring! The food was pretty good, but for a me And my two kids, the bill was $30!!!! Way too pricy !

I took off 3 stars. It's been a while since I last visited IHOP. I've gone here before, but this particular time it was not clean. As I walked thru the door I had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not packed. The waitress sat my daughter and I and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. I noticed on the floor near the bathroom coffee spilled all over the floor. You could tell It had been setting on the floor for a while. As I got up to use the restroom which is in between the kitchen. The waitress just said to be careful while stepping onto the wet floor full of coffee as I proceeded to go to the restroom. When I came out of the restroom I just figured someone would have cleaned it up, to avoid someone from falling, and no one did. So we ordered our food, which took 10 minutes to come. While sitting there waiting for our food the floor was still wet and the employees were just walking over it as though it was no big deal. I didn't see a manager on staff, so my daughter and I just left.

Never go after 8pm, horrible customer service and there is only one waiter working. Went there on a Thursday night after 8pm and the server was really rude and it took 10 mins to sit us down. The sad part was there was only 4 people there aside from my wife and I.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to eat a little before 10:00 PM on a Tuesday night. We found this Ihop and thought maybe it was a 24 hour restaurant. The food came out fast and was really good. I don't know how they do their scrambled eggs but they were the best I've ever had. The hash browns done just right and the banana carmel pancakes just like the picture. The best thing was our waiter. He provided good service and was friendly. My friend and I were having a good time talking after the meal when we noticed there weren't any other customers. We asked what time they closed and it was 10:00! Our waiter never rushed us or gave any indication he wanted us to leave. He was so nice. We had a lot of fun. The place is under new management so it was all good. I would go back there especially if we could have the same waiter!

Worst customer service of all time besides every store in Germany. Its not all good in the BC hood! Save yourself the trouble if you got the breakfast munchies & go to the Bloomington location. They were up on the cool facter 20x.

BAD LOCATION! If you like "slow service with an attitude", then this is the place for you. Only 3 tables with customers, yet it took 10 minutes just to get a table. Not even a hello or thank you for waiting. Took another 10 minutes to ask us for drinks. Servers hanging in the back the entire time. Took almost an HOUR for the food. Just 3 of us, and nothing fancy....just pancakes and eggs. Pancakes were warm, but eggs were ice cold. Didn't bother sending it back, as we didn't want more attitude and spit in our food.

One star because the food was served. My fiancé, son and I had a breakfast crave, we decided to grab a few bites here. When we walked in two waitresses walked by, the manager looked up from behind the kitchen counter and still no greeting. I looked around and saw three little families at their booths. Finally someone came up and greeted us and gave us a table, handed us our menus and said someone will be right with you. 10 minutes later, the waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered and with that much time we knew what we wanted. But as soon as she was done getting our drinks she walked off, didn't even ask if we were ready to order. The family that sat in front of us still hadn't received their food after our first initial entry of the "restaurant". 10 minutes later, the waitress served the family in front of us, walked over to us and said, "your food will be right out". We told her "that's not possible, we haven't even ordered yet". The entire time we were there, they had 4 waitresses, a buss boy, and two cooks.. This doesn't include the manager! There was only THREE little families sitting on one side of the wall in three different booths!! Yes, we really wanted breakfast, so we stuck around, are our food after about an hour wait and left, we still gave a tip... right on a napkin. "Your service is horrible, here's a tip, manage better or your franchise will close in no time"
