A small shop the specializes in huge, really good cookies? Yeah, this review is going to be a stretch. Not sure what it says about me that I quickly thought about Cookies & More when I started a new job that would bring me downtown again on a regular basis. My only gripe is I'm not there on Friday for the clear out specials. That's a tip, Yelpsters. Discounted cookies on Friday afternoons. My fave: Butterscotch oatmeal. Close second: Monster. Near third: Any other flavor.

Peek into the hobbit hole that is Cookies & More and enter a world of culinary singularity. Find no cakey, crumbly nonsense here, dear visitor. No oily moistness. No sad, dry, day old nonsensery. No, gentle reader. Only sponginess. Density. Carrot shavings, coconut and other robust, early alphabet kinds of morning delectables (lack of rhubarb is somewhat distressing and cause for star removal). Arrive mid afternoon and perhaps you'll find these goodies neatly laid out for the taking after close. Hobbits truly are amazing creatures, Gandalf.

This is a hidden treasure! Must try. The coffee is good, the cookies are fresh and soft and amazing and huge! The muffins are fantastic! They also deliver! You can order online!

I love Cookies & more. My waist does not. The giant muffins are more on the boarder of a cupcake minus the frosting than a savory treat, but I am completely okay with that. My favorite is the sour cream chocolate chip. Where it is at are the cookies though. Huge, chewy and the perfect amount of crisp to the edges. Try the monster cookie and you will not be disappointed. I have noticed that the owner puts the leftovers from the day on the counter for anyone to help themselves when he closes down for the day, which I think is pretty cool in itself.

Fantastic cookies!!!! I also love the bagel variety in the mornings (and their cream cheese packaging is less wasteful). Always super friendly and prompt.
