Chipotle's food is pretty consistent from store to store. So this one is no different than the rest in terms of food. But this particular location seems much more disorganized than the rest. They always seem slow and run out of certain food. But to give them the benefit of the doubt, I only come here about twice a year. And those two days I come, it's because they're giving my work a deal of 'buy one get one'. Bonus star for hooking up the staff at the school I work on those long conference nights. Also, I like that they have a brown rice option.

It is a sad way to see a good company go bad! Mainly because service and horrible attitude from employees are so bad. I do not recommend any body to go to that place, "call restaurant", so unfriendly and negative attitude from employees; food was ok, but service was so unacceptable. Do not go there.

It has been a few months since somebody at the Crystal Chipotle had to tell me they were out of chips bc something caught on fire or there would be no guacamole for the foreseeable future. In fact, I do believe the last several times I've visited, my order was filled in a reasonably competent and quick manner.

Like many others have pointed out Chipotle is bit on the pricey side. I decided to fill my Mexican craving one Sunday afternoon and was blown away by the service. There were 5 gentleman on the service line smiling and having a good time while making small talk to customers. As I sat at a table I couldn't help but notice how clean the restaurant was. I left with a good impression that they care.

They ripped my friends tortilla while wrapping, ran out if ice and my tortilla had mold on it.

I agree with many others, the service is terrible. During the rushes, they are super slow and they always run out of things. They need a competent manager that can kick a little tail to get this place under control.

Stopped in tonight for some deliciousness and had the best burrito maker! She was super polite and quick while correctly making our burritos the exact way we wanted it. We had some special requests and was awesome about it. I hope I get her again when we go back next time!

The food was as good as any other Chipotle location, but the service was slow and disorganized.

Once again, this is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I have never made it through the line without having to wait for chicken, vegetables, or rice. They also hire every idiot that crystal has to offer!

Stopped in here today for a burrito for lunch. I was honestly surprised there was no line at 12:30 on a week day. Sort of weird for a Chipotle I thought. The food was fast - it tasted really good - and they were walking around cleaning the tables while we ate. Honestly I didn't see a dirty table in the joint. So I have to give them credit there. I think Chipolte is a little spendy for an everyday habit - my burrito with guacamole and an Izzy to drink was over $11.00 - and since I normally pack my lunch that seemed very extravagant to me. Still - it was a nice treat and almost worth breaking my diet and the tummy trouble I had later.

Fresh mexican food! We stopped in here for a quick business lunch and it worked out well. They had a few tables that were large enough for our group. Food was fast and fresh, and tasty. I got the chicken burrito bowl and it was pretty good, admittedly a little too spicy for me.

Okay previously I wrote that the Golden Valley Chipotle was the closest to where I live... no, not so... THIS one in Crystal is the closest one to where I live...it's nice, spacious and clean. Located in a strip mall next to Half-Price Books the parking is nice, too! Yum, yum, yum... I love everything about Chipotle..the organic meats, the yummy rice, fresh veggies...can not go wrong at all. One burrito is ENOUGH for two people to share...making it an incredible deal for dinner for my mom and I!

I dont know why this location got pretty low rating and quite terrible reviews. We love chipotle and whenever we dont feel like cooking, we would just head to chipotle. This location is closest to us, so we go to this location quite often. Whenever we go, we always have decent experience. The food is as good as any other locations, and all the staff are always nice and smiley.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
