When it comes to reviewing eateries, I believe in context. You just can't judge, say, a hot dog stand by the same criteria you apply to a gourmet steakhouse. Similarly, you can't really hold a Chipotle to the same standards as, say Masa. Going to a Chipotle is like checking out free porn on the internets: you can't complain about a 3 minute, edited clip sans moneyshot, because you knew what you were getting going into it, and anything better than mediocre is just gravy on top. Well, I'm putting that line of reasoning to the side in this case; in the words of Ghostface "f*** it, I'm hatin'." I got inadequate portions of pinto beans and steak, and my inexperienced burrito gal folded my meat & bean roll into an improbable shape that looked kind of like one of those boxy faux-SUVs. The burrito fell apart as soon as I tried to eat it, and my chips were stale. I was sitting there with an unholy salsa/sour cream/bean stain on my new collared shirt (which was supposed to be a lady magnet, not a food magnet). Then I come home, open up the paper, and find out Chipotle is using GMOs??? This place serves doodoo nuggets cloaked in flour. Thumbs down and middle fingers up.

It's a typical Chipotle. The food is fresh and the line is efficient. The staff is friendly. Be warned, since this is in the Skyway, you are going to encounter a line at lunch. If you want to skip it, use the online ordering system and you can walk right up to the cashier to get your food. No waiting!

Very good and filling food. Probably my favorite Chipotle location.

Was not very impressed. Too much salt on everything, even more so then other chipotles. They are also messy in slopping the salsas on. If you want a fast low quality assembly line chipotle, come here! Won't be going back.

Chipotle NEVER disappoints my incessant need for a protein fix. As a wannabe vegetarian and a person that has an iron deficiency (wonder why), I love having some great steak that's NOT pumped full of hormones. Their salsa taste fresh, workers seem like they are having fun, and the place is always clean. Rec: Steak bowl with, black beans, rice, peppers, lettuce, cheese and red sauce!

Oh Chipotle how you never disappoint! Perfect amounts of Chipotle goodness. This location is exceptional in service with a smile and speed. Must arrive by 11am if you don't want to wait in a very very long line in the skyway. Awww, its so worth it though.

I feel bad for people who can't appreciate Chipotle for what it is. No, it's not authentic. Yes, it's hyped up. But I don't care because I'm a Chipotle junkie. No matter where I live or where I work, I make it a point of familiarizing myself with nearby Chipotle locations, which is usually pretty easy to do since this particular chain breeds like a hamster. Lucky for me, this one is a very short walk away from my office. If I'm at work and having a bad day, it's nice to know that this Chipotle is there, waiting to serve the caloric desires brought on by stress. Between 11:30 and 1:30 p.m., the line is out the door and trails into the skyway so it's pretty obvious that a lot of people feel the same way. I hate crowds so I avoid them at all costs and try to come right before or right after the lunch crush. The employees are usually much nicer when they aren't slammed too, which is always a bonus. For as busy as this location is, the staff does a really good job of keeping things clean. They are also very fast, efficient and the food is always warm and fresh. Portion sizes are also very fair.

Ever wonder what it's like to get your entire daily intake of calories in one sitting?? Ever put on a sweater so that you can just let 'rolls be rolls'? It's the ultimate in non-authentic mexican comfort food, it truly is! Because this is in the lobby of my workplace I wouldn't say that I frequent it... but at the same time I would. I have noticed that my pants don't fit quite as well, but I am okay with that. Mostly because Chipotle serves up everything you could ever want in a burrito/taco/salad/'bowl' and honestly, at it's price point, nothing even comes close. Rice, beans, veggies, five different kinds of meat, three different kinds of salsa, monterey jack cheese, lettuce, and guac. And it's all rolled up into the biggest burito tortilla you have ever seen. Add onto that the freshly made chips and salsa, or guac... The margaritas and cheap imported mexican beers, the industrial styling of the interior, everything about this place makes me want to go grab something to eat! One thing to remember though, it is EXTREMELY busy during the lunch hour and it can sometimes take in upwards of twenty minutes to get through the line... If you would like a burito for lunch you may want to go before 11:30, or after 1.

I love Chipotle (I eat 50 to 100 Chipotle burritos a year), but this is the one location where the portion size is soooooooooooooooooooo small. Seriously, why is this location always skimping on rice and meat? Please put the normal amount in my burrito. Not a one time occurrence... more like 10 times I've gotten half sized burritos here.

Chipotle generally has outstanding service, but this location in particular is run HORRIBLY!! I've had multiple bad experiences going here. If there's a large line they will only have one person operating the entire food line meanwhile the other staff will stand around and watch. The employees are rude and treat customers as if they're an annoyance. Just today I went in on my break there was no one in line and an employee wiping down the counter he ignored me for over a minute and then said he be with me once he was finished up wiping his counter. He contined to clean while I stood there for several minutes meanwhile other employees are standing around watching me stand there. AWFUL AWFUL customer service. Simply go to baja sol or Qdoba instead.

Best chipotle in town. Fast, fresh, and friendly. I go three times a week. The managers recognize me and definitely go the extra mile to support loyal customers.

I think this is as good as any Chipotle I've been to. The staff is quick at getting my order together (usually a Carnitas bowl to go) and prices are reasonable for the amount of food that I'm consuming. Some of the workers look scary but they're not too bad once you realize they're just going to put some tomatoes and corn in your order and not stab you.

This location used to be good but is now average at best. They don't put the care into it that they once did. Nearly every employee seems to be new. Raving about Chipotle, much less standing in a long line for it, is insanity.

When I forget to pack a lunch from home I go to this Chipotle location all the time since I work nearby. I always get the veggie bowl. The last few times they've slopped so much salsa on wout asking. Do I really need more salsa than all my rice and beans combined? Worse, the newest brown rice addition has been WAY undercooked both times. Its like chewing pencil erasers. I might start looking for a new go-to work lunch place in a hurry.

Sometimes a burrito solves an existential problem. After a fabulous weekend falling in love with Minneapolis, I had a serious craving for something natural and tasty in burrito form. Thanks Chipotle!

Chipotle used to be awesome, but now it's average. Organic chicken is cool, but don't char it. Sour cream is good, but don't pour a cup of it on. Manager needs to impress upon staff that uniformity is a good thing when it comes to franchise restaurants.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
