crazy guy waited on me. I asked for whole milk in my latte and he proceeded to give me a sermon on prostate cancer and vitamin A. Then told me I couldn't get my drink with whole milk. If not for the long line behind me, I would have made him give me my money back. What an awful experience. Drink did not taste at all like coffee. Same price as a Starbucks venti but the size of a grande. bad bad bad bad customer service with a weak, inferior product

I love this Caribou. It's a complete oasis in the concrete jungle of downtown, offering a cozy spot to curl up with your favorite cup of comfort during a 15-below winter day. Service is always fast, staff is friendly, and no matter how busy it is, I am always able to find a spot to sit. Great place to step away during a busy work day and enjoy a quiet moment to yourself!

Pretty standard Caribou location, but this one gets BUSY! They handle it well. I've never waited too long for an order, even when they're slammed. Kudos for the manager having enough staff on site to handle the rush. I counted at least 8 employees there last time. Beware though, because they're so busy, they can run out of coffee by around noon time, its only happened to me twice before.

Awesome Caribou location in the skyway. Every single employee is so friendly and they are very quick. I will always choose this place over Starbucks. Their coffee is better anyways :)
