The drinks are great, most of the staff is friendly. Service can be a little slow during busy hours of the day. Great place to meet a friend and chat for a while. Great place to do some studying or finish projects.

Even through business change they have not altered. I love caribou their coffee and their toppings. You can not go wrong with a turtle mocha, campfire mocha or caramel high rise.

I love the convenience of the drive thru, the employees are pleasant (they never act as if they are doing you a favor when they serve you) and the quality is good. I just wish they didn't leave so much space at the top of the glass when I get a smoothie (today it was 3/4 inch) and that they brewed their iced tea (instead of using a concentrate). Still, I prefer them to the competition across the street.

Full disclosure: I am not a coffee snob. I drink a lot of it, but I'm not the type to have an extra large, soy milk chai berry mocha latte with an extra shot and a squirt of sugar free vanilla on the regular, or even ever for that matter. For someone "normal" like me, Caribou is a great place to grab a warm morning pick me up. The staff is friendly, the drinks are tasty (and low calorie if you want them that way) and the prices are so much better than Starbucks. The environment is warm and homey, and free of pretentious coffee house regulars. It's just right for someone like me.They also have some pretty good warm breakfast sandwiches, try the apple chicken one, yum!

Oh, Sorry seems to be the response for them. I placed my coffee order and after 2 minutes I went to the order to pick up your drink and was asked if I was waiting on a drink. I told them what I ordered; the response was oh sorry, ill get that in a minute and finally a beverage was ready. What is the problem at this Caribou; it seems like thy have 2 good employees on at a time and the rest to take up space. I love Caribou, just NOT this Caribou. I should have gone across the street to McDonalds.
