Yay, this place have a drive-thru. I only come here for a quick breakfast because it is close to my place. The staffs are nice and friendly, inside is nice and clean too. I usually get Cinnamon raisin with honey walnut for breakfast. Free parking.

This location is a disorganized garage sale. Sometimes they have bagels, sometimes they don't. Screaming employees makes customers feel on edge. The management is awful! Sometimes they have coffee, sometimes they don't. definitely not fresh and on a timer! I always visited other locations prior to this one. This location is awful!

I love Bruegger's and am always impressed by the friendly service, and the quality of the food. My only complaint is the cheapness of the portions for the price. I ordered a tarragon chicken salad bagel for $5.99 and they didn't even put enough chicken salad on to cover more than half the bottom (one layer...not even piled at all. Out of curiosity I measured the portion when I got home...I know..sad...but I don't like getting ripped off. It was a 1/4 cup including all the air because its chunky! Now cream cheese is one thing, but chicken salad is purpose of the sandwich so it was mostly bagel, a small taste of chicken salad and some lettuce and tomato (great tomatoes and lettuce quality by the way). My boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich with ham and it was a single thin slice of deli type ham with egg. The egg was great...the ham was SO sad :( Anyway I was disappointed. They are great if all you want is a bagel and cream cheese (although the cream cheese is only one tablespoon for the full bagel). The quality is great...the value for your money is not very good.

Great service, very friendly but professional, bagels are as good as your going to get in Minnesota. Love going though the drive through on a winter day with the dogs in the car.

This is a great place to go and eat breakfast or lunch. The staff is always friendly and the food is good. The general manager is always in a great mood. My wife and I go here on Saturday mornings and they always are nice, quick and friendly.'

I have been to this location.....jeeeze......50 times? Why do I keep going back? Well, I'm a glutton for punishment in guess. Anyways....here. we. Go. This place is SO awful - this location - that i have been late to work by over 15 min two times because of their craziness. It's CRAZY PANTS HOW SLOW THIS PLACE IS!!! The last time I went through the drive through I had 20 min to get to work 4 blocks away. I waited in the drive thru for 18 min. Hear. Me. Eighteen minutes. 18 min. Again. 18 min. So, you may say, "well...the person in front of you must have made a larger order..." but I can't tell you that BOTH cars in front of my ordered single sandwhiches. I ordered a plain bagel with regular cream cheese. That may seem basic but at this point I though to myself that this HAD to be a sandwhich that these women couldn't fuck up. Cut, slather, go! But, noooooo.....after 15 min.....watching the clock like a desperate loser and contemplating driving over the cement embankment into oncoming traffic just to get to work on time the line finally moved. I got up to the window and they didn't even have sandwhich ready. I just said "seriously?!?!?!?!??!?!" And drove off. This was not my proudest moment. Come. On. People. Over 50 visits and it's this bad EVERYTIME!!!!!!
