Fast, friendly service. :) We had a chocolate brownie earthquake, chocolate covered waffle bowl with strawberries, and a vanilla kid cone. Now, I wish I'd tried a strawberry Julius. This is a great place to stop for dessert after dinner.

I Hate this place, Plastic in my ice cream, my complaint was met with hostility and paranoia. It was so infuriating that I will not go to any Dairy Queen from now.

I avoid this DQ at all costs. Last time I went, the staff mocked me for being 8 months pregnant, my food was barely warm and my blizzard was a mess. The guy forgot to put in the Reese's pieces and just shoved a handful in when I said something!!! And then I was mocked further when I asked for a fork to eat my chilli cheese fries. I was so hurt by the way I was treated I didn't even finish eating there. My fiancé and I ate in the car while I cried. I only go now if I know for a fact that Thomas is working. He's the only person who treats me like a human there. Honestly I flip the building off when I drive past.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I've gone here a few times to grab a cone or a Blizzard this summer and it's always a trainwreck. It looks so nice and new and clean, but no one seems to know how to make any of the ice cream treats! 1st attempt: Beginning of the summer. I ordered a small cone, got what looked like a large with chocolate dripping down the sides. Was at an angle! I blamed it on the new summer staff and took it. Messy and half-melted! 2nd attempt: Ordered another small chocolate dipped cone. Identical to the first. Couldn't blame summer staff anymore. 3rd attempt: Got a regular cone. Melted. No curly on the top. Dripping down the sides. Also at an angle. Had to chow down real quick before it fell on the floor. 4th attempt: Ordered a small mint Oreo Blizzard. Waited 10+ minutes for service. A ton of people were in the back goofing off, but the only cashier was helping someone else purchase a cake. That's fine, but couldn't anyone else ring me up? I walked there so I resigned myself to my fate. A few other people didn't have my patience and left, grumbling. It was SUPER hot indoors. I finally got my Blizzard which was a half melted slop. If you had tried to flip that over, it would have poured onto the floor. Mint flavoring was pooling on the top. 3 bites down and it was all vanilla soft serve. I don't go to DQ for anything fancy, but I have been continuously disappointed in what I get. Service is terrible, place is too hot for the ice cream, and everything ugly and half-assed. What a bummer. I live nearby and was excited to have a place that I could get a summer ice cream treat that reminded me of childhood. Instead, it just made me sad. :'( Maybe they're trying to make a poetic statement-- nothing is how you remember.

This was our first time visiting this DQ location and it definitely will be the last. It was just one screw-up after another. We did everything to try and assist the cashier in the drive-thru by repeatedly correcting errors with the order. I had ordered a blizzard, and the other person a banana split - but after repeatedly correcting the cashier she came to the window not with a banana split, but instead with it in a blizzard. We said we wanted an actual banana split, which is on the menu - not as a blizzard, and that is where it started to get weird. The cashier told us that she wasn't able to make the banana split as an "actual banana split" because according to her, "the butterscotch isn't melting". This is to be expected as normally this is the hard candy shell placed on the dipped cones and dilly bars - and we said this was okay as it would just be consumed anyhow. She repeatedly made the excuse and said it could not be done. Worded as if she straight up refused. It was strange. But she said she could make it as a blizzzard. We didn't come for a blizzard on the second order though... we wanted a banana split. So we asked for a refund. It became stranger still. The cashier then copped an attitude with us because we asked for a refund. The drive-thru manager came over, seemed short with us, and gave us the refund slip. The manager left and we waited as we still needed the original receipt of the order. The cashier came over and asked us what we wanted - we said we still needed the original receipt. She printed off another copy of the refund slip (NOT the original receipt, which was never given) and when we asked her again for the original receipt, she actually scoffed at us and got a huge attitude. We told her there wasn't any reason for her to be acting this way towards us but her attitude continued. We wasted over 15 minutes at the drive-thru line just waiting to get to this point! Rather than immediately call corporate to file a complaint, we went into the DQ to give the general manager a chance to remedy the situation. She was very kind and polite and attentive to our concerns and listened to what had just transpired, and agreed that it was wrong. She seemed very confused and perplexed over why the cashier would have told us what she did about the butterscotch. Although she offered to make us the banana split, at this point we didn't want the ice cream (we had wasted enough time as it was) and all the other person wanted was an apology from the drive-thru cashier for treating us like garbage for absolutely no reason. We waited another 15 minutes as the general manager feebly tried fixing the situation, but the results were less than stellar. She reported to us that the drive-thru manager refused to talk to us and said we could come back later, and the cashier said "no." Absolutely awful attitude of the staff, we didn't get our ice cream, and although the general manager did her best, there are serious attitude and performance issues of the employees of this DQ location that do not reflect positively on DQ as a whole. I will NEVER go to this DQ location again and will be warning my friends and family to avoid this location. The cashier, Debra/Deborah, should really not be working in this industry and needs to take time to reflect why on earth they would feel warranted to treat another person like garbage simply for kindly asking on, and trying to correct on, numerous and repeated errors in their food order.
